Independent service. VisaBot is operated by TREVOR PHILIPS LTD and is not affiliated with VFS Global, TLScontact, BLS International or any consulate. We monitor availability; the decision on any visa application rests solely with the relevant authorities.
From the UK you apply to the consulate of your main destination and book at that country's visa centre. In VisaBot's UK coverage those centres are run by VFS Global and BLS International, in London, Manchester, Edinburgh, Birmingham and Cardiff. VisaBot watches their calendars around the clock and alerts you the second a date appears, or takes it in your name on AutoBooking. The consulate decides the visa, not us.

Subscribe on the web or in the app. Pick your destination, the UK city you can travel to and your visa category. One subscription covers everyone in the application.
VisaBot watches the centre, you don't. No hand-refreshing the VFS Global or BLS International calendar: 350 UK routes were in live monitoring across all five centres.
A date opens: you take it, or the bot does. Notifications sends an email and a push the moment a slot appears. AutoBooking completes the booking in your name at the official centre.
No service can promise a slot. VisaBot makes sure you hear about one first.
Signed up with VisaBot after I couldn’t book an appointment at vfs London. Took VisaBot just over a week. Fantastic service 👍

Spain is booked through BLS International in London, Manchester or Edinburgh. One Notifications subscription covers all four; AutoBooking is not offered for Spain, so Notifications is the plan here.
You can't watch your phone at work, or you live in Cardiff or Birmingham. A date that appears at 09:40 can be gone by 09:45, and those two cities cover only a handful of destinations. Take AutoBooking, and set the city that books your country rather than the nearest.
The final amount depends on the centre's own booking fee, so it can exceed the headline price. Refund terms: refund policy.

Comprehensive route coverage across major countries and for most visa types.

Global presence across 50+ locations, making visa booking convenient anywhere.

Trusted payment processing with full encryption and buyer protection.

Dedicated customer service ready to help with any visa appointment questions.
VisaBot's UK coverage spans 403 routes: every combination of city, destination and visa category we monitor from the UK. They sit in five cities and cover 22 Schengen destinations through two operators, VFS Global and BLS International.
| City | Operators | Destinations | Routes monitored |
|---|---|---|---|
| London | VFS Global, BLS International | 22 | 133 |
| Edinburgh | VFS Global, BLS International | 21 | 136 |
| Manchester | VFS Global, BLS International | 18 | 115 |
| Cardiff | VFS Global | 4 | 7 |
| Birmingham | VFS Global | 2 | 12 |
London, Edinburgh and Manchester carry almost all of these routes, so applicants near Birmingham or Cardiff often subscribe for a larger city. Estonia is the only destination bookable from all five. Spain is the operator exception: the one BLS International destination, 130 routes on its own.

Coverage moves when centres change operator or rules: the live list is in the app and on the full list of countries VisaBot covers. A missing destination may be run by TLScontact — ask support first.
You give booking details, not documents. AutoBooking needs the applicants' details and your date range. VisaBot doesn't check, prepare or submit documents, and doesn't run your application.
The bot fills in the centre's form. When a date appears for your destination, city and category, it books at the official centre in your name. We never hold or resell appointments.
The OTP code. Centres send a one-time code at login. It lands in VisaBot's system mailbox and lasts minutes, so message support before logging in yourself.
The centre's fee is paid during booking. VFS routes run in two stages: a prepayment per applicant up front, then the balance once a slot is secured. TLScontact routes are paid in full up front.
If the booked date doesn't suit you. You can decline to pay the balance, but the prepayment isn't refundable: it has already gone to the centre as its booking fee. The bot can't swap dates, so a different one means a new subscription.
Waitlists and empty calendars. Some states here use a waitlist instead of an open calendar; both plans work with them. If nothing opens, monitoring simply runs for the whole period.
The limit, plainly: VisaBot can't create a slot the centre hasn't released, and an appointment is not a visa. Full product answers: VisaBot FAQ.
Half of UK subscribers with a booking got it within 3.9 days: the median across 7,265 completed UK bookings. The spread matters too: the mean is 10.7 days, and one booking in ten took around 25.
This is time to an appointment, not time to a visa. It measures how long the bot took to secure a date at the centre; the consulate's process starts afterwards.
Italy, Portugal and the Netherlands are where VisaBot books most often from the UK. Separately, from the product FAQ: popular categories usually take one to two weeks.
See the EU visa policy rules and confirm with your own consulate. If the centres show nothing for weeks: what to do when no Schengen appointment is available in the UK.

Who we are. VisaBot is operated by TREVOR PHILIPS LTD, registered in England and Wales on 7 July 2023, company number 14986978, VAT GB465562175 — all checkable on the public register. We don't issue visas and we don't influence decisions: no legitimate service can. We're not affiliated with VFS Global, TLScontact, BLS International or any consulate. We don't resell or hold appointments, and we don't claim to know when a centre releases new dates.
VisaBot is rated 4.8 out of 5 from over 1,000 Trustpilot reviews. We don't host or moderate them: read the reviews.
Yes. Any lawful UK resident can apply for a short-stay Schengen visa here, whatever passport they hold, to the consulate of their main destination and at that country's UK centre. Rules on residence-permit validity differ by consulate.
VisaBot keeps checking the calendar for the whole subscription period, so an empty calendar today doesn't end the search: you hear the moment it changes. We can't create a date the centre hasn't released.
Half of UK bookings were secured within 3.9 days of subscribing, mean 10.7 days, across 7,265 completed bookings. That is time to an appointment, not a visa.
Yes on Notifications: one subscription covers every traveller in the same application, which is why families start there. AutoBooking is per applicant, so add everyone who needs a seat.
You can decline to pay the balance, but the prepayment isn't refundable: it has already paid the centre's booking fee. The bot can't exchange dates, so a different one needs a new subscription.
Yes. Spain is the one destination in VisaBot's UK coverage served by BLS International rather than VFS Global, and its largest block: 130 of 403 routes, in London, Manchester and Edinburgh.
