VisaBot is independent of VFS Global, the Embassy of Denmark and the Danish Immigration Service. Finding and booking dates is VisaBot's job; the visa decision belongs to the Danish authorities.
A Denmark visa appointment in the UK comes after ApplyVisa: once the Danish online form and visa fee are validated, VFS Global opens its calendar in London, Manchester and Edinburgh. VisaBot watches it and alerts you on Notifications or books a date in the applicants' names on AutoBooking. The Embassy of Denmark in London decides on the application.

Signed up with VisaBot after I couldn’t book an appointment at vfs London. Took VisaBot just over a week. Fantastic service 👍
Get instant email or push notifications when new appointments open up or get a slot auto-booked for you.

Both VisaBot plans cover all three cities and every Denmark category.
You: ApplyVisa and the visa fee
Fill in the Danish online form and pay the visa fee; VFS opens its calendar to you once your ApplyVisa application is validated, within 24 hours.
You: a city and a category
Pick London, Manchester or Edinburgh and the VFS category that fits your trip.
Bot: watching the VFS calendar
VisaBot keeps scanning that calendar and sees new Denmark dates as VFS publishes them.
Bot: an alert or a booking
Notifications sends a push or e-mail and you book on VFS; AutoBooking tries to book a date in your range for up to five applicants.
You: the appointment
Hand in the signed ApplyVisa cover letter, passport and documents; VFS sends the file to the Embassy in London.
VisaBot can't release dates VFS hasn't opened or shorten the Embassy's processing time.
VFS Global runs Denmark's UK visa centres for the Danish foreign ministry, and all three send files to the Embassy of Denmark in London.
Denmark Visa Application Centre, 66 Wilson Street, London EC2A 2BT. The Embassy allows one extra day each way for transport.
Denmark Visa Application Centre, 50 Devonshire Street North, Manchester M12 6JH. A mandatory courier fee applies, and the Embassy allows two extra days each way for transport.
Denmark Visa Application Centre, 1 Rennie's Isle, Leith, Edinburgh EH6 6QT. A mandatory courier fee applies, and the Embassy allows two extra days each way for transport.
ApplyVisa accepts a UK centre other than the one on your cover letter, so choose the centre whose date and journey suit you.
The Embassy issues one checklist per category, and VisaBot watches the category you set.
TourismVisiting family and/or friendsBusinessConference, seminar or short term studyMinors (for applicants under 18 years old)EU, EEA and Swiss family including minorsApplyVisa validated first
Allow up to 24 hours after paying on ApplyVisa: VFS shows no calendar before validation.
Everyone on one subscription
Notifications covers all applicants; AutoBooking covers up to five, paid per applicant.
A date range you will keep
Pick dates you can attend, leaving time for the file to reach the Embassy 15 days before you fly. The bot can't swap a booked date; after a missed VFS slot, rebook 24 hours later.
The VFS login code
On AutoBooking, the VFS one-time code goes to VisaBot's system mailbox; ask support for it before logging in to VFS yourself.
Two-stage payment
AutoBooking takes a prepayment per applicant at sign-up (more with a date range), covering the centre's booking fee, then the balance after booking.
VFS releases Denmark dates with no known pattern, so a first alert can take days, and the Danish foreign ministry warns an appointment may be weeks away. After 14 days with no online appointment, the Embassy suggests contacting VFS.
An appointment is not a visa. The Embassy's standard is up to 15 calendar days, or up to 45 when a case needs further enquiries or goes to the Danish Immigration Service, counted from the Embassy's registration of the file, so transit from the centre comes on top.
For applications received after 8 September 2026, the Embassy quotes up to 20 days. Apply up to six months ahead: a file reaching the Embassy under 15 days before travel may not be processed, and the Embassy advises against buying tickets before approval.

Comprehensive route coverage across major countries and for most visa types.

Global presence across 50+ locations, making visa booking convenient anywhere.

Trusted payment processing with full encryption and buyer protection.

Dedicated customer service ready to help with any visa appointment questions.
Relatives of EU, EEA or Swiss citizens exercising free movement apply under EU rules, with no visa fee or proof of insurance and funds; applicants found ineligible may be offered withdrawal, or the Danish Immigration Service decides.
VisaBot is operated by TREVOR PHILIPS LTD, registered in England and Wales, Companies House number 14986978, and is not affiliated with VFS Global, the Embassy of Denmark or any government body.
Book the VFS centre you can reach: London, Manchester and Edinburgh all feed the Embassy of Denmark in London. London saves a day of transport each way and has no courier fee. ApplyVisa accepts a centre other than the one on your cover letter.
Choose the category whose Embassy checklist fits your trip: Tourism, Visiting family and/or friends, Business, or Conference, seminar or short term study. Under-18s use Minors; EU free-movement family members use the EU category. VFS won't accept documents under the wrong category, and support can change a subscription's category before booking.
Let the bot watch instead of refreshing by hand: VisaBot scans the calendar for your city and category throughout a 30-day subscription. After 14 days without an online appointment, the Embassy advises contacting VFS; repeat applicants can ask about a postal application.
Usually. Notifications covers every applicant in one subscription; AutoBooking covers up to five, paid per applicant, and books when enough slots open for the whole group. Children under 18 have their own Minors category, so check a mixed adults-and-children set-up with support before paying.
VisaBot does the watching for you: it scans the VFS Denmark calendar constantly and alerts you when a fitting date appears, while AutoBooking tries to secure it, which takes longer on popular categories. Either way the appointment is an official VFS booking, and nobody can create a date VFS hasn't released.
Possibly not. If your fingerprints were recorded for a Schengen visa in the last 59 months, VFS accepts Denmark applications by courier. Confirm it in questions 26 and 27 on ApplyVisa and call VFS customer care first; unusable old fingerprints mean a visit to VFS after all.
No. The Danish consulates in Manchester and Edinburgh offer emergency passports and passports for children under 12, not visas. Short-stay visa applications from the UK go through the three VFS Global centres, and the Embassy of Denmark in London processes them.
Notifications cost from £35 a month, and one subscription covers every applicant on it. AutoBooking costs from £100 per applicant; the final amount depends on the visa centre's fee.
