If you live in the UAE on a residence visa and your passport needs a Schengen visa, you apply to the consulate of your main destination through a VFS Global centre in Dubai or Abu Dhabi (BLS International for Spain). Those two cities are the whole application map here, and VisaBot watches both: 23 destinations, 207 routes. Notifications alerts you the second a date opens; AutoBooking takes it for you, in your own name. VisaBot does not issue visas β the consulate decides.
Almost everyone applying from here is a resident, not a citizen: an Indian, Pakistani, Filipino or Egyptian passport with an Emirates ID beside it.

Pick your route and subscribe. Destination, centre city, visa category β on the site or in the app. One Notifications subscription covers a whole application.
VisaBot watches the centre's calendar. Your route goes into live monitoring, re-checked around the clock: 204 UAE routes.
You get the alert, or the booking. Notifications sends email and push; AutoBooking completes the booking and the centre confirms it to you.
VisaBot is an independent service, not affiliated with VFS Global, any consulate or any government body.
Only with the help of the Bot I was able to book an appointment and apply for a visa in Abu Dhabi! Very useful tool with frequent updates if you don't have time to log in and check for a new slot every half an hour!
Get instant email or push notifications when new appointments open up or get a slot auto-booked for you.

The difference is who does the clicking. Notifications tells you a date opened and you book it yourself, which is fine if you can act within minutes. AutoBooking books it for you β the only version that works while you are in a meeting or asleep.
On some routes the final AutoBooking price is higher than the starting figure; the FAQ explains why.

Comprehensive route coverage across major countries and for most visa types.

Global presence across 50+ locations, making visa booking convenient anywhere.

Trusted payment processing with full encryption and buyer protection.

Dedicated customer service ready to help with any visa appointment questions.
VisaBot monitors both Schengen application cities in the UAE β Dubai and Abu Dhabi β with VFS Global for 23 destinations and BLS International for Spain: the widest choice per city of any VisaBot market.
| Application city | Operator | Destinations | Monitored routes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Dubai | VFS Global | 23 | 115 |
| Abu Dhabi | VFS Global | 21 | 92 |
| UAE total | VFS Global | 23 | 207 |
A route = one city Γ one destination Γ one visa category.
Coverage moves: France is not monitored from the UAE. The live list is in the app and on the all countries page.
AutoBooking does what you would do on the VFS Global site, faster and without sleeping: when a date opens, VisaBot uses the details you gave at subscription and books it in your name. Nothing is reserved in advance and nothing is bought from anyone β the date comes from the centre's own calendar.
You hand over the details once Passport names and numbers, Emirates ID, destination, visa category β and the route goes into live monitoring. Wrong or expired details are the usual reason a booking fails at the last step.
A date opens and the booking is made. Many routes then ask for an OTP code, which goes to VisaBot's system mailbox, not to your phone; if you want to log in to the centre's site yourself, support gives you the code.
You pay the consulate's visa fee Your subscription does not include it; the centre's booking fee is part of the AutoBooking prepayment.
The confirmation arrives in your name And you attend for biometrics yourself.
A slot is never guaranteed, and the decision on your visa rests solely with the consulate.
The median time from subscribing to a booked appointment is 9.9 days β VisaBot's own measurement across 135 real bookings from Dubai and Abu Dhabi. It is time to an appointment, not to a visa: what follows is the consulate's timetable, not ours.
Half of those bookings landed inside ten days; the slowest tenth took 47 days or more, and the average sits at 22. We publish all three because any one alone would be advertising. Hungary, Portugal and Latvia are where the bot has caught the most appointments from the UAE, then the Netherlands, Italy, Sweden and Greece β order only, not counts.
What the figure is not: a promise for your route, or a visa timeline β consulates typically decide short-stay applications in around 15 calendar days, up to 45 when an application needs closer examination. There is no fastest Schengen visa from Dubai, only a queue you join earlier or later.
Get instant email or push notifications when new appointments open up or get a slot auto-booked for you.

The short version, not a full guide. The application is yours to run; VisaBot's part starts and ends at the appointment.
Photos are what gets applications sent back at the counter β the Schengen visa photo requirements are worth five minutes.
Everything a visa service says about itself should be checkable somewhere other than its own website. VisaBot is operated by TREVOR PHILIPS LTD, registered in England and Wales on 7 July 2023, company number 14986978, VAT GB465562175, London N1 7GU β all of it verifiable at Companies House.
Sell or hold slots. Every appointment is booked in your name from the centre's public calendar.
Claim a connection to VFS Global TLScontact, BLS International, any embassy, consulate or government body. There is none.
Issue visas or influence decisions. No legitimate service can.
Run your application. Documents, forms and consulate correspondence stay with you.
You wait for the centre to release new dates and take one first: VisaBot watches your route at the centres in Dubai and Abu Dhabi around the clock and either alerts you or books it for you. Nobody can create a date the consulate has not released, so an empty calendar is a queue rather than a dead end.
Yes β VisaBot monitors appointments by route, not by nationality, so what matters is that you apply from a centre in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. Your passport decides which consulate rules and documents apply to you.
VisaBot covers 23 destinations across 207 routes, monitored from Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with Italy and Croatia watched from Dubai only. Coverage changes, so check the current list before subscribing.
One Notifications subscription covers everyone on the same application, so a family of four needs one, not four; AutoBooking is priced per applicant, because the bot completes a separate booking for each person.
The median across 135 real bookings made from the UAE is 9.9 days from subscribing to a booked appointment; the slowest tenth took 47 days or more. That is time to an appointment rather than to a visa, and a measurement rather than a promise.
No. VisaBot is an independent service operated by TREVOR PHILIPS LTD and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of VFS Global, TLScontact, BLS International, any embassy, consulate or government body.
