VisaBot is an independent service with no link to VFS Global, the Embassy of Estonia or the Estonian government. A booked date is not a visa: the Embassy makes every decision.
An Estonia visa appointment from the UK is booked online with VFS Global, which runs centres in London, Birmingham, Cardiff, Edinburgh and Manchester for the Embassy of Estonia in London. VisaBot watches the VFS calendar for your city and category and alerts you to a new Estonia date or, on AutoBooking, books it in each applicant's name. The Embassy alone decides on the visa.

Signed up with VisaBot after I couldnโt book an appointment at vfs London. Took VisaBot just over a week. Fantastic service ๐
Get instant email or push notifications when new appointments open up or get a slot auto-booked for you.

Notifications and AutoBooking both run in all five Estonia cities, for every category in the booking system.
Pick a city and a category
Short Stay Visa is listed everywhere; London, Birmingham, Edinburgh and Manchester add trip purposes such as Tourism or Business.
The bot keeps checking VFS
VisaBot scans the VFS Global calendar for that pairing nonstop and sees new Estonia dates on release.
An alert, or a booking
Notifications sends a push, plus e-mail if you opt in, and you book at VFS; AutoBooking books a date in your range for up to five people.
Your visit to the centre
You bring the signed form and documents, give fingerprints and a photo; the Embassy decides.
VisaBot cannot add Estonia dates VFS has not released, predict releases or speed up the Embassy.
VFS Global runs every Estonia centre in the UK and passes each file to the Embassy of Estonia in London.
66 Wilson Street, London EC2A 2BT. Short Stay Visa plus trip purposes; passports can also be collected here after the decision.
Joint Visa Application Centre, 2nd Floor, 5โ14 South Road, Smethwick B67 7BN, here since July 2026. Same Estonia categories as London.
19 Newport Road, Cardiff CF24 0AA. Short Stay Visa for Schengen trips and Long Stay Visa for the D visa, without trip purposes.
1 Rennie's Isle, Leith, Edinburgh EH6 6QT. Every Estonia category, Long Stay Visa included; VFS notes there is no car park.
50 Devonshire Street North, Manchester M12 6JH. Short Stay Visa plus trip purposes, without Long Stay Visa.
Every Estonia file reaches the same Embassy, so pick a centre you can get to; outside London, allow two to three extra working days for the transfer.
VisaBot follows a single category at a single centre, named as in the VFS booking system.

VFS puts the Estonian online form before booking; the Embassy takes it completed online, printed and signed.
Add every traveller
Estonia wants an appointment per applicant, children included; AutoBooking books up to five on one subscription.
Set dates you can attend
Leave at least 15 days for the decision, more outside London; the bot books one date and won't swap it.
No photos to upload
AutoBooking for Estonia needs no passport photo, selfie or liveness check.
Let support handle the VFS code
The VFS one-time code goes to VisaBot's system mailbox; before logging in yourself, ask support for it, as it lasts 3โ5 minutes.
Expect two payments
On VFS routes, AutoBooking takes a prepayment per applicant at sign-up, covering the centre's booking fee, and the balance after booking.
VFS Global releases Estonia dates on no published schedule and not daily, so a first alert can take several days. AutoBooking skips dates that do not suit your group size or range.
An appointment is not a visa. VFS counts at least 15 calendar days from the day a file reaches the Embassy, plus two to three working days from centres outside London, and individual cases can take up to 45 days.
Applications go in up to six months, and in principle at least 15 days, before the trip. A subscription lasts 30 days without renewing itself.

Comprehensive route coverage across major countries and for most visa types.

Global presence across 50+ locations, making visa booking convenient anywhere.

Trusted payment processing with full encryption and buyer protection.

Dedicated customer service ready to help with any visa appointment questions.
Non-EU family travelling with or joining an EU, EEA or Swiss citizen can qualify for simplified, fee-free processing; family of Estonian citizens apply as private visitors and may walk in.
Estonia refuses visa applications from Russian citizens outside listed cases, such as visiting close family who are Estonian citizens or residents, and gives Belarusian citizens no visas for business or remote work.
TREVOR PHILIPS LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 14986978, operates VisaBot independently of VFS Global and the Embassy of Estonia.
Choose the centre you can reach most easily, as all five send files to the same Embassy of Estonia in London. Birmingham, Cardiff, Edinburgh and Manchester add two to three working days for the transfer. Check categories too: Cardiff lists just Short Stay Visa and Long Stay Visa, while the others add trip purposes.
Pick the category that matches your trip, because VisaBot follows the one you set. In Cardiff, short trips go under Short Stay Visa. Elsewhere you can also choose a purpose: Tourism for holidays, Business with an invitation from an Estonian company, or Visiting Family and Friends. Estonian D visas go under Long Stay Visa in Cardiff and Edinburgh.
Subscribe anyway if your trip leaves time to wait. VisaBot keeps checking the empty VFS calendar and alerts you, or books on AutoBooking, when an Estonia date in your category appears. Releases follow no known pattern and the bot cannot create dates; a second city widens the search.
On Notifications, one subscription covers everyone in your application: you get the alert and book each person at VFS. On AutoBooking, the bot books up to five applicants together on the Estonia route. AutoBooking is paid per applicant and depends on the centre's fee, so checkout shows your group's total.
Refreshing works if you can watch the calendar all day. VFS releases Estonia dates without warning, and a new date can go before you look again. VisaBot scans constantly and pushes an alert, or books on AutoBooking, when a date matches. The gain is reaction speed, not more dates.
Most applicants cannot, because VFS takes short-stay Schengen applications for Estonia by appointment. Since July 2025, VFS has accepted walk-ins on set weekdays for two groups: family members of Estonian citizens with proof of the relationship, and Estonian D-visa applicants. Everyone else needs a booked date, which is where VisaBot helps.
Notifications cost from ยฃ35 a month, and one subscription covers every applicant on it. AutoBooking costs from ยฃ100 per applicant; the final amount depends on the visa centre's fee.
Pick your destination: each page explains where to apply from the UK and what VisaBot can and cannot do on that route.
