VisaBot is independent of VFS Global, the Embassy of Finland and every government body; the Embassy alone decides on a Finland visa.
Finland visa appointments in the UK are booked with VFS Global in London, Manchester or Edinburgh, after you complete the application on finlandvisa.fi. VisaBot watches the VFS calendar for your centre and category: Notifications alert you to a new date, and AutoBooking books it in the applicants' names. The Embassy of Finland in London decides on the visa.

Signed up with VisaBot after I couldn’t book an appointment at vfs London. Took VisaBot just over a week. Fantastic service 👍
Get instant email or push notifications when new appointments open up or get a slot auto-booked for you.

Applying for Finland takes two online steps: the finlandvisa.fi form, yours to complete, and the VFS Global appointment, where VisaBot works.
You file on finlandvisa.fi
Create an account in Finland's online Schengen visa application, complete the form and print it. VisaBot plays no part here.
The bot watches your VFS calendar
VisaBot keeps checking the VFS Finland calendar for your centre and category.
Notifications: you take the date
A push alert, or an email if switched on, arrives when a date opens; you book it on VFS and pay its service fee online to confirm.
AutoBooking: the date is booked for you
The bot books a date inside your interval for every applicant, in their own names, through the VFS Global booking system.
VisaBot works with the dates VFS Global releases for Finland; it cannot add appointments or make the Embassy decide faster.
Finland's Schengen visa applications go through VFS Global in London, Manchester and Edinburgh; the Embassy's own booking system is for consular matters such as passports.
Finland Visa Application Centre, 66 Wilson Street, London EC2A 2BT, where you hand in the printed form, passport and documents and give biometrics.
Finland Visa Application Centre, 50 Devonshire Street North, Manchester M12 6JH. Files go from here to the Embassy in London by courier.
Finland Visa Application Centre, 1 Rennie's Isle, Leith, Edinburgh EH6 6QT: the Scottish hand-in point, also linked to London by courier.
Courier days slow Manchester and Edinburgh files, so a tight travel date favours London. Otherwise pick the centre you can reach: you collect the passport there or pay for courier return.
Finland's checklist for UK applicants follows the main purpose of travel; VFS Global staff cannot choose the category for you.

Complete and print the application before the search: VFS Global wants the printout on the day and accepts just small handwritten corrections.
Pick the centre and category
The subscription follows the centre and category you set. If the category turns out to be wrong, VisaBot support can change it before a booking.
Leave room in the date window
End the AutoBooking interval early enough for the Embassy's processing and courier days. An interval is optional and adds to the price.
Put every traveller on it
VFS Global books each family member separately; one Finland AutoBooking takes up to five applicants, each paid for individually.
Codes, prepayment, balance
VFS one-time codes reach VisaBot's system email. The prepayment covers the VFS booking fee; the balance link after a booking is due within 48 hours.
New Finland dates appear at VFS Global without a known pattern and not every day, so the first alert can take several days; the VFS contact centre cannot see them in advance either.
One centre with no fallback, a short date interval or a group needing places on the same day all shrink the pool of usable dates. When AutoBooking has not booked yet, the usual reason is that no new dates came out or none fitted.
A booked date is the first wait, not the visa: the file then goes to the Embassy of Finland in London, which names 15 days as its maximum processing time, longer for files needing a closer look.

Comprehensive route coverage across major countries and for most visa types.

Global presence across 50+ locations, making visa booking convenient anywhere.

Trusted payment processing with full encryption and buyer protection.

Dedicated customer service ready to help with any visa appointment questions.
Family members of EU, EEA or Swiss citizens under the Free Movement Directive pay no visa fee and may also apply at the Embassy.
Passports must be no older than 10 years on return, with two blank pages; documents go in English, Finnish or Swedish.
VisaBot is run by TREVOR PHILIPS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 14986978.
Book the centre you can reach, since every applicant, children included, attends in person. Files from Manchester and Edinburgh need extra courier days to the Embassy in London, so London suits a tight timeline. VisaBot runs Notifications and AutoBooking for Finland in all three cities.
Private Visit, if you are visiting family members or friends who legally live in Finland; Tourism covers leisure and sightseeing. The choice follows the main purpose of travel, and the VFS centre cannot recommend one. VisaBot support can change your subscription's category before a booking.
Keep the calendar watched: Finland dates come out without a known pattern and not every day. VFS Global takes bookings through its online portal, and its contact centre cannot book for you or predict new slots. VisaBot checks your centre and category and alerts you, or books on AutoBooking.
Yes. One Notifications subscription covers every traveller on the application, and one Finland AutoBooking takes up to five applicants. VFS Global gives each person an individual appointment, so the group needs places on the same date. AutoBooking is charged per applicant, as the app's price breakdown shows.
Refreshing it yourself costs nothing, but Finland dates appear at unpredictable times and other applicants can take them first. VisaBot keeps checking your centre and category, alerts you as soon as a date opens and, on AutoBooking, books it straight away in your names through VFS Global.
Yes. The Embassy of Finland in London asks applicants to complete the application on finlandvisa.fi and then book VFS Global to submit it; the centre wants a printout on the day. The same site lists the documents for UK applicants. VisaBot handles the appointment, not the form.
The Embassy of Finland gives 15 days as its maximum processing time and VFS Global quotes 10 working days, with up to 45 calendar days for cases needing closer assessment. Manchester and Edinburgh files add courier days. VFS advises applying at least 15 days before travel, and no earlier than six months ahead.
Notifications cost from £35 a month, and one subscription covers every applicant on it. AutoBooking costs from £100 per applicant; the final amount depends on the visa centre's fee.
