VisaBot is independent of VFS Global and the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia; the Embassy alone decides whether a visa is issued.
For Slovenia, VFS Global's UK booking system has two calendars, All Visa Categories for short stays and National Visa for long ones, in London, Edinburgh and Manchester. VisaBot watches the calendar you pick and alerts you to a new date or, with AutoBooking, books it for up to five applicants in their names. The Embassy of Slovenia in London decides every visa.

Signed up with VisaBot after I couldnβt book an appointment at vfs London. Took VisaBot just over a week. Fantastic service π
Get instant email or push notifications when new appointments open up or get a slot auto-booked for you.

Both plans cover every Slovenia route VisaBot offers from the UK: three cities, two booking categories.
Pick a city and a calendar
London, Edinburgh or Manchester, then All Visa Categories or National Visa; VisaBot checks that VFS Global calendar around the clock.
Notifications: you take the date
A push alert in the app, or email if added, says a Slovenia date has opened; you book it on the VFS Global portal yourself.
AutoBooking: up to five people
One date for the whole group, in each applicant's name: a prepayment per applicant at sign-up, the rest after the booking.
A date range, no selfie
Set the window of dates the bot may accept. No passport photo, selfie or face-liveness check is needed at booking.
Login codes stay with VisaBot
VFS one-time codes reach VisaBot's system mailbox. To sign in yourself, ask support first: a code lasts 3β5 minutes.
The bot watches VFS Global calendars, not appointments arranged with the Embassy, and cannot make VFS release more Slovenia dates.
Each centre takes Slovenia applications for the Embassy in London; every applicant attends in person.
Visa Application Centre, 66 Wilson Street, London EC2A 2BT. Documents and biometrics are taken here, with no transfer days added.
Visa Application Centre, 50 Devonshire Street North, Manchester M12 6JH. Satellite centre: files go via VFS London, adding two days.
Visa Application Centre, 1 Rennie's Isle, Leith, Edinburgh EH6 6QT. Satellite centre for Scotland: two extra days via London, no car park.
Pick the centre every applicant can reach on the same day: nobody can attend for someone else, and a missed slot cannot be rebooked for 24 hours.
VisaBot uses the two Slovenia category names from the VFS Global booking system. Choose by length of stay, not by purpose.
All Visa CategoriesNational VisaName everyone who travels
Each applicant needs an appointment. AutoBooking takes up to five, paid per person; one Notifications subscription covers all.
Copy passports exactly
Enter passports as printed: VFS wants them issued within 10 years, with two blank pages and three months' validity after the trip.
Set a date range you can keep
Give AutoBooking days every applicant can attend; the price breakdown in the app shows what a range adds to the prepayment.
Work back from departure
Short-stay applications go in up to six months ahead and, as a rule, at least 15 calendar days before travel; satellite centres add two days.
Decide on the booked date fast
A booked date triggers the second payment. An unsuitable date can be left unpaid, but the bot will not book another one.
Print what VFS asks for
Bring the printed VFS confirmation email and the printed, signed online application form; hand-filled forms are not accepted.
All three centres feed one Embassy, which VFS Global says processes a set quota of applications daily, so Slovenia slots go fast in the Easter break, the JulyβAugust holidays and over Christmas.
New Slovenia dates follow no published schedule, and the first alert can take several days. AutoBooking skips dates outside your range or without room for the whole group.
An appointment starts processing; it is not a visa. VFS Global gives a short-stay minimum of 15 calendar days, up to 45 for nationalities needing consultation, plus two days from Manchester or Edinburgh; a National Visa takes up to 15 calendar days at the Embassy.

Comprehensive route coverage across major countries and for most visa types.

Global presence across 50+ locations, making visa booking convenient anywhere.

Trusted payment processing with full encryption and buyer protection.

Dedicated customer service ready to help with any visa appointment questions.
A VFS Global notice lets some applicants, including family members of Slovenian citizens, arrange their appointment with the Embassy instead.
Family members of EU, EEA or Swiss citizens under Directive 2004/38/EC get a free, faster procedure; since 2021 a UK residence card for an EU family member no longer exempts its holder from the visa.
Operated by TREVOR PHILIPS LTD, a company incorporated in England and Wales under number 14986978, independently of VFS Global and the Slovenian authorities.
Book the VFS Global centre every applicant can reach on the day: London, Edinburgh or Manchester. All three send files to the Embassy of Slovenia in London; the two satellite centres add two transfer days, so London suits a tight departure. Both VisaBot plans cover all three cities.
Choose All Visa Categories for any stay of up to 90 days: holiday, business trip or family visit. National Visa is the long-stay D visa for more than three months. VisaBot watches the category you set, so the wrong one brings dates for the wrong visa.
Set a watch instead of refreshing: the VFS contact centre cannot see when dates will appear. VisaBot checks your Slovenia calendar for the 30 days of a subscription and alerts you, or books on AutoBooking, when a date opens. Family members of Slovenian citizens may also ask the Embassy for an appointment.
AutoBooking takes up to five applicants in one Slovenia subscription and books one date for the group, each in their own name, paid per applicant. A Notifications subscription covers everyone too, but you book each appointment yourself. Every applicant attends the centre in person.
New Slovenia dates appear without a known pattern, so a manual refresh misses those released while you are away. VisaBot keeps checking your chosen calendar and alerts you when a date shows up; on AutoBooking it also books the date, in your name, without holding or reselling slots.
Yes, for some applicants: a VFS Global notice lets family members of Slovenian citizens, and people travelling for business, study, a family visit, a conference or a medical examination, contact the Embassy for an appointment. Others book on the VFS Global portal; VisaBot does not book Embassy appointments.
Your passport decides, not your address. British citizens need no visa for Slovenia, the Embassy of Slovenia in London states. Other nationals apply through VFS Global with a UK residence permit or eVisa valid one month past their return; UK visitor visa holders apply in their home country.
Notifications cost from Β£35 a month, and one subscription covers every applicant on it. AutoBooking costs from Β£100 per applicant; the final amount depends on the visa centre's fee.
Pick your destination: each page explains where to apply from the UK and what VisaBot can and cannot do on that route.
