VisaBot is independent of BLS International and the Spanish consulates, does not sell or hold appointments, and leaves the visa decision to the consulate.
Your home address decides where you book a Spain visa appointment in the UK: BLS International runs Spain’s centres in London, Edinburgh and Manchester, one for each consular district. VisaBot watches the BLS calendar for your centre and visa category and alerts you when a Spain date appears; you then book it yourself on the BLS website. The Spanish consulate for your district decides the visa.

Signed up with VisaBot after I couldn’t book an appointment at vfs London. Took VisaBot just over a week. Fantastic service 👍

Pick your centre and category
Choose the UK centre that serves your home address and the visa category you will apply under. VisaBot follows exactly that pair.
The bot keeps checking
VisaBot checks the BLS Spain calendar around the clock, so you don’t have to keep reloading the booking page.
A push alert reaches you
When a Spain date appears, the VisaBot app sends a push notification. Email alerts are an optional extra.
You book it on the BLS portal
Log in to your BLS account and confirm the date there. BLS asks applicants to book Spain appointments through its own website.
VisaBot can’t make BLS release more Spain dates, and on this route it doesn’t book or hold appointments for anyone.
20 St Andrew Street, London EC4A 3AG. Takes Spain applications from the South East, South West and East of England, Greater London and the Channel Islands.
Unit 1, 205 Chapel Street, Salford M3 5PF. Takes Spain applications from Wales, the Isle of Man, Yorkshire and the Humber, the Midlands and the North West outside Cumbria.
6 Dock Place, Suite 1A, Edinburgh EH6 6LU. Takes Spain applications from Scotland and Northern Ireland, plus Cumbria, Northumberland, Durham, Tyne and Wear and the Tees Valley.
BLS rejects applications from people living outside a centre’s district, so set VisaBot to your own centre even when another city seems to have dates sooner. The BLS UK homepage matches your county to a centre.
VisaBot’s Spain form for the UK lists 46 categories. Alerts follow the category in your subscription, and BLS staff won’t choose one for you.

Pick your county on the BLS UK homepage to see which centre serves you, then choose that city in VisaBot.
Use the same category
Select the category you will book at BLS. If your plans change, VisaBot support can switch it on your subscription.
Add the whole application
One Notifications subscription covers every applicant in the same application, so a family needs a single subscription.
Get your documents together
The London consulate tells applicants to gather documents before booking at BLS, so an early date won’t catch you unprepared.
BLS doesn’t publish a release schedule for Spain appointments, and VisaBot doesn’t know in advance when dates will appear. Visa centres don’t release dates every day, so a first alert may need a few days, and a popular category can stay quiet for longer.
Getting a date is not getting a visa. Once the application is in at BLS, the consulate’s legal decision period for a short-stay visa is 15 calendar days from the next day, extendable to 45 if it asks for an interview or more documents. Long-stay visas follow their own legal periods: BLS London quotes one month for study visas and three months for non-lucrative visas.

Comprehensive route coverage across major countries and for most visa types.

Global presence across 50+ locations, making visa booking convenient anywhere.

Trusted payment processing with full encryption and buyer protection.

Dedicated customer service ready to help with any visa appointment questions.
British citizens need no visa for short trips to Spain of up to 90 days within 180 days, so BLS appointments matter to UK residents travelling on a visa-required passport.
Every application needs proof of residence in the consular district: London asks for immigration status with a share code, and Edinburgh wants UK permission valid 30 days past your return.
VisaBot is operated by TREVOR PHILIPS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14986978), with no affiliation to BLS International, the Spanish consulates or the Spanish Embassy in London.
Use the BLS centre whose consular district includes your home address. Scotland, Northern Ireland, Cumbria and the North East go to Edinburgh; Wales, the Midlands, Yorkshire and most of the North West go to Manchester; southern and eastern England, Greater London and the Channel Islands go to London. BLS rejects applications from other districts.
Match the category to the purpose and length of your stay: Tourist Visa for holidays and private visits of up to 90 days, Business Visa for short work trips, and a national category such as study or non-lucrative for longer stays. BLS doesn’t advise on categories, and VisaBot alerts follow the one you pick.
Keep watching your own centre, because BLS won’t accept you outside your district. New dates appear without a published pattern, so an alert lets you react without refreshing the site all day. BLS warns against buying appointments from intermediaries, and its paid extras don’t bring a date forward.
No, one Notifications subscription covers every applicant in the same application, so a family of four needs a single subscription. At BLS, each person still attends the centre in person, children included, with their own documents, and the booking itself is made on the BLS portal.
VisaBot does the refreshing for you. The bot keeps checking the BLS Spain calendar for your centre and category and sends a push alert when a date appears. The rest is the same as booking alone: you log in to your BLS account, choose the date and attend in person.
BLS doesn’t publish a schedule, and VisaBot doesn’t know release times in advance. New dates show up on the BLS calendar on no fixed days, and the first alert can arrive after a few days. An alert running for your centre and category replaces the guesswork.
No, on the Spain route from the UK VisaBot works in Notifications mode: it alerts you when a date appears, and you book it on BLS International’s website. BLS asks applicants to book through its own site, and VisaBot doesn’t sell or hold appointments.
Notifications cost from £35 a month, and one subscription covers every applicant on it.
