VisaBot has no ties to VFS Global or the Embassy of Hungary. Each booking goes through VFS Global in the applicant's own name, and the visa decision is the Embassy's.
A Hungary visa from the UK starts with a VFS Global appointment in London, Manchester or Edinburgh; family members of Hungarian nationals on a family visit can walk in instead. VisaBot watches the VFS calendar for your city and category, alerts you to new dates and, on AutoBooking, books one in your name. The Embassy of Hungary in London decides on the visa.

Signed up with VisaBot after I couldnโt book an appointment at vfs London. Took VisaBot just over a week. Fantastic service ๐
Get instant email or push notifications when new appointments open up or get a slot auto-booked for you.

Both plans run in all three cities.
Your centre, your category
Pick London, Manchester or Edinburgh and the Hungary category, named as in the VFS Global system.
A date appears at VFS Global
The bot keeps checking the VFS Global calendar for your centre and category and spots new Hungary dates as they are released.
An alert, or a booking in your name
Notifications pushes an alert, with optional e-mail, and you book on the VFS site; AutoBooking books a date fitting your applicants and range in your name.
Fingerprints at the centre
You hand in your documents and give fingerprints at the centre; the Embassy of Hungary in London decides.
VisaBot catches the dates VFS Global releases; it cannot create appointments, predict releases or speed up the decision.
VFS Global runs Hungary's UK visa centres for the Embassy of Hungary.
Hungary Visa Application Centre, 66 Wilson Street, London EC2A 2BT. Applications, fingerprints and passport collection.
Hungary Visa Application Centre, 50 Devonshire Street North, Manchester M12 6JH. Applications and fingerprints; the service fee is paid by card.
Hungary Visa Application Centre, 1 Rennie's Isle, Leith, Edinburgh EH6 6QT. Short-stay applications and fingerprints.
Pick the centre you can reach on the day: the Embassy in London decides for all three. On AutoBooking, Edinburgh and Manchester take up to five applicants per subscription, London one.
VisaBot follows a single category at a single centre. The VFS Global list for Hungary has 12 entries in Edinburgh and Manchester, 11 in London.

A subscription follows a single centre's calendar for a single category, so choose both before paying.
Count your applicants
Notifications covers all applicants in one subscription; on AutoBooking the number of applicants per subscription depends on the centre.
Decide on a date window
AutoBooking can keep to dates you can attend, leaving time for the visa decision; the price breakdown shows what a range adds.
Don't chase the VFS login code
The VFS one-time code goes to VisaBot's system mailbox; to log in yourself, ask support for it first, as it lasts 3โ5 minutes.
Know how AutoBooking is paid
On VFS routes a prepayment per applicant at sign-up covers the centre's booking fee; the rest follows the booking. Amounts are in the tariff card.
A Hungary date reaches you when VFS Global releases one. Releases follow no known pattern and don't happen every day, so a first alert can take a few days; AutoBooking skips dates that don't fit your applicants or range.
An appointment is not a visa: after you attend, the Embassy of Hungary normally decides within 15 calendar days, extendable to 45 in individual cases. Applications are accepted from six months to 15 days before the trip, so plan the date range around that.
Each subscription runs for 30 days and does not renew on its own; when dates stay scarce at one centre, a second subscription elsewhere widens the search.

Comprehensive route coverage across major countries and for most visa types.

Global presence across 50+ locations, making visa booking convenient anywhere.

Trusted payment processing with full encryption and buyer protection.

Dedicated customer service ready to help with any visa appointment questions.
Family members of EU, EEA and Swiss citizens travelling with or joining them pay no visa fee and may apply directly at the consulate.
VisaBot is operated by TREVOR PHILIPS LTD, Companies House number 14986978, and is not affiliated with VFS Global, the Embassy of Hungary or any government body.
Yes. VFS Global runs Hungary visa centres in London, Manchester and Edinburgh, and you can book whichever you can reach. The Embassy in London decides on applications from all three. On AutoBooking, the applicant limit is higher in Edinburgh and Manchester than in London.
Match the VFS Global category to the main purpose: Tourism for a holiday, Business for meetings with a Hungarian partner, Study for a short course. Non-EU family of EU citizens other than Hungarians use EU family member. A wrong pick brings dates you can't use.
Not for a family visit. VFS Global says its Hungary centres take walk-ins from family members of Hungarian nationals on a family visit, in a set window on working days; other categories need an appointment. Walk-ins have been suspended on some dates, so check first.
A subscription keeps working while the calendar is empty: VisaBot keeps scanning VFS Global and alerts you when a Hungary date appears, or books it on AutoBooking. Releases follow no known pattern, and VisaBot cannot create dates; if nothing suits for weeks, add a second centre.
On Notifications, yes: one subscription covers every applicant. On AutoBooking, Edinburgh and Manchester take up to five applicants per subscription and London one. AutoBooking is paid per applicant and depends on the centre's own fee, so the tariff card shows your group's total.
Refreshing VFS Global costs nothing but ties you to the screen, and a Hungary date can go before you look again. VisaBot watches the calendar and pushes an alert when a date appears; AutoBooking also books it. Neither creates extra dates: you gain reaction time.
Not for a visa. The Embassy of Hungary in London says Hungary's consulates-general in Manchester and Edinburgh offer other consular services but don't issue visas. Applications go through VFS Global and the Embassy decides; family members of EU citizens may apply at the consulate directly.
