VisaBot is a private appointment tool with no ties to VFS Global or the Embassy of Switzerland, whose Regional Consular Centre in London decides on Swiss visas.
Swiss visa appointments for UK residents are booked online with VFS Global, which runs Switzerland Visa Application Centers in London, Manchester and Edinburgh. VisaBot alerts you when a date opens for your centre and category, and in Edinburgh AutoBooking can book a Tourist Visa date in your name. The Embassy of Switzerland in London decides on every visa.

Signed up with VisaBot after I couldn’t book an appointment at vfs London. Took VisaBot just over a week. Fantastic service 👍
Get instant email or push notifications when new appointments open up or get a slot auto-booked for you.

Swiss appointments are booked on VFS Global's online portal, which VisaBot watches for you.
Set a centre and a category
Each subscription follows one VFS centre and one Swiss category, and the bot re-checks that calendar day and night.
London and Manchester: you book
When a date opens, you get a push alert in the VisaBot app or an email, and book the date on the VFS portal yourself.
Edinburgh Tourist Visa: bot books
AutoBooking books a Tourist Visa date at the Edinburgh centre within your date range, in the applicants' names, for up to five people.
London, Manchester and the four other Edinburgh categories have no AutoBooking, and no plan can create Swiss dates that VFS Global has not released.
Each city has a VFS Global Switzerland Visa Application Center taking documents and, if required, fingerprints, with the same five Swiss categories.
Switzerland Visa Application Center, 66 Wilson Street, London EC2A 2BT. Date alerts for all five Swiss categories.
Switzerland Visa Application Center, 50 Devonshire Street North, Manchester M12 6JH. VisaBot sends date alerts here for every category.
Switzerland Visa Application Center, 1 Rennie's Isle, Leith, Edinburgh EH6 6QT. AutoBooking for Tourist Visa dates, alerts for the four other categories.
The Swiss Embassy's checklists name no centre by region, so book the one you can reach at short notice; if that is Leith, Edinburgh adds Tourist Visa AutoBooking.
Each VFS category matches one of the Swiss Embassy's five document checklists, so the category also tells you which papers to prepare.

Count everyone who is travelling
Notifications covers every applicant in one application. Edinburgh Tourist Visa AutoBooking takes up to five, each charged separately.
Match the category to a checklist
Read the Swiss Embassy checklist for your purpose first. VisaBot support can switch the category if you picked the wrong one.
Give a date range you can attend
AutoBooking books within the window you set and cannot swap a booked date later, so leave out days you cannot make.
Let support handle VFS login codes
VFS Global's one-time login codes reach VisaBot's system mailbox; if you sign in to VFS yourself, ask support for the code, valid for 3 to 5 minutes.
Expect two payments on AutoBooking
On VFS routes AutoBooking is paid in two stages: a prepayment per applicant at sign-up, covering the centre's booking fee, then the balance once a date is booked.
VFS Global releases Switzerland dates without notice, and VisaBot cannot predict them either: the first alert can take several days, and a subscription keeps watching for 30 days.
Edinburgh AutoBooking skips Tourist Visa dates outside your window or without room for every applicant, so a wider window gives the bot more chances.
An appointment is not a visa. After hand-in, the Swiss Embassy's checklists estimate about five working days of processing, while its general rule is a decision within 15 days, extended in individual cases. Some nationalities also go through a Schengen consultation, which can add up to 14 days.

Comprehensive route coverage across major countries and for most visa types.

Global presence across 50+ locations, making visa booking convenient anywhere.

Trusted payment processing with full encryption and buyer protection.

Dedicated customer service ready to help with any visa appointment questions.
All five Swiss Embassy checklists share these booking rules.
Family members of Swiss, EU or EFTA citizens may apply directly at the Swiss Embassy in London instead of VFS Global, by appointment, and EU or EFTA family members pay no visa fee.
British passport holders need no visa for Switzerland for stays of up to 90 days in any 180-day period, so the appointment concerns UK residents on other passports.
VisaBot is operated by TREVOR PHILIPS LTD, registered in England and Wales, Companies House number 14986978.
Book Edinburgh if you can get to Leith: the Edinburgh centre is where VisaBot's AutoBooking can book a Tourist Visa date for you. London and Manchester take the same five Swiss categories, with date alerts that you act on yourself. Choose by travel time and by whether you want the bot to book.
No, AutoBooking is not offered for Switzerland in London or Manchester. In those cities VisaBot sends a push alert or an email when a date appears, and you book it on the VFS Global portal yourself. For Switzerland, AutoBooking covers Tourist Visa dates at the Edinburgh centre, for up to five applicants.
Book Visit Visa - Family and Friends when you stay with a host in Switzerland, because that checklist asks for the host's signed invitation. Tourist Visa fits trips on your own hotel or package booking. For a mixed trip, ask the Swiss Embassy which checklist applies; VisaBot support can switch your category later.
VisaBot keeps checking the Switzerland calendar at your VFS centre for the whole 30-day subscription and alerts you when a date appears, though the first alert can take several days. If VFS Global runs a waitlist instead of open dates, both plans support it. VisaBot cannot add dates that VFS Global has not released.
No. VFS Global says its contact centre cannot book Switzerland appointments and has no real-time information on when slots appear, so the online portal is the place to look. VisaBot checks the portal for you day and night, for your centre and category.
UK residents book Swiss Schengen visa appointments with VFS Global, not TLScontact or BLS International, and hand in the application in London, Manchester or Edinburgh. Family members of Swiss, EU or EFTA citizens may instead apply at the Embassy of Switzerland in London by appointment. The Embassy's Regional Consular Centre decides either way.
Notifications cost from £35 a month, and one subscription covers every applicant on it. AutoBooking costs from £100 per applicant; the final amount depends on the visa centre's fee.
