After weeks of searching for an appointment, in May, I found an appointment at the Italian consulate for September! I thought I’d be able to travel to Europe for the summer but with all consulates informing that there are no slots available, my summer trip seemed bleak. Then one fine day, I see an ad for visabot ... I assumed it would take a week or so before I get any notifications. Boy, was I wrong. The following day I got a notification about slots that opened up at the French embassy for THE NEXT DAY! I quickly booked the appointment for the next day. Great customer service! Was trying to catch time slot for visa and purchased bot - instant messages about new slots available. Apparently was too slow to book, but guys contacted me at the end of the month and helped, provided analysis of visas/countries and advised what to do!

We had only a month before our honeymoon and needed a French visa. The (highly user hostile) TLSContact website told us that there were literally no appointments available; specialist travel agents told us they weren’t able to get appointments for even longstanding customers for months. It seemed like we’d have to cancel. I found a comment online mentioning visabot, and despite being sceptical about paying a random bot on Telegram, figured it was at least worth a shot. The next afternoon… bam! A notification about available appointments, a frantic scramble onto the website, and appointment booked. It worked exactly as one would hope and I’d highly recommend it. Honeymoon successfully completed; happy wife, happy life?
