What if there are no appointment slots available?

Accepted Answer

VisaBot works by constantly scanning for new appointment slots. So, even if there are no slots available right now, you will receive a notification as soon as one becomes available. If you're a customer of our auto-booking service, the bot will book an appointment for you even if the website says there are no slots available.

Do subscriptions automatically renew?

Accepted Answer

No, subscriptions expire after 30 days and don't automatically renew. You won't be charged the next month.

Do you support countries with waitlists for appointments?

Accepted Answer

Yes, both notifications and AutoBooking support applications through waitlist. We always keep our systems updated when visa centers roll out changes.

Why is AutoBooking fee higher than the one stated on the website?

The final fee depends on the visa application fee we have to pay to the visa center during the booking process. Please consult the price breakdown in the app for details.

Why don't you support <country X>?

We try to support as many countries as possible in our service, but unfortunately not all of them can be added immediately. We are constantly looking for opportunities to add new countries, so we will try to add as many countries as possible.

When are new slots going to be released?

Accepted Answer

There's no known pattern to when new slots are released, we cannot know this in advance. We learn about new slot releases in real-time by monitoring the visa center's website.

Question 12

I subscribed to AutoBooking, but the bot didn't book an appointment for me. Why?

Accepted Answer

There can be multiple reasons for this. The most common ones are that either the visa center does not release new slots appointments or the appointments don't fit your application (number of applicants or data interval). However, keep in mind that it is normal to not receive any updates for some days as the process might take some time.
