VisaBot is independent of VFS Global, the Lithuanian Embassy and every government body; the Embassy alone decides on the visa.
London, Manchester, Edinburgh and Cardiff are the UK cities where VFS Global accepts short-stay Schengen visa applications for Lithuania, normally by appointment. VisaBot follows the VFS Global calendar for your city and category: Notifications alerts you to a new date, and AutoBooking can book it in your applicants' names. The visa decision belongs to the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania in London.

Signed up with VisaBot after I couldn’t book an appointment at vfs London. Took VisaBot just over a week. Fantastic service 👍
Get instant email or push notifications when new appointments open up or get a slot auto-booked for you.

VisaBot runs both plans for Lithuania in all four UK cities: Notifications for an alert, AutoBooking for a booked slot.
You choose a centre and category
Set the VFS Global city you can reach and one Lithuania category; AutoBooking also takes an optional date range.
VFS Global releases a date
New Lithuania dates appear with no known pattern; VisaBot checks the VFS Global calendar constantly and matches each to your settings.
Notifications: a push, then you book
A push alert arrives in the VisaBot app, with optional e-mail, and you book the slot on the VFS Global website yourself.
AutoBooking: the bot books
The bot books the slot in your applicants' names as soon as a date fits your group size and date range.
VisaBot sees the Lithuania dates VFS Global releases and nothing more: the bot cannot add slots, and a booked appointment is not yet a visa.
VFS Global, through VF Services (UK) Ltd, runs all four centres for the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania in London.
66 Wilson Street, London EC2A 2BT. All three Lithuania categories, plus walk-in submission for family members of EU or EEA citizens.
50 Devonshire Street North, Manchester M12 6JH. All three Lithuania categories and the walk-in route for relatives of EU citizens.
1 Rennie's Isle, Leith, Edinburgh EH6 6QT. Scotland's Lithuania centre, with all three categories and the EU family walk-in; no car park.
19 Newport Road, Cardiff CF24 0AA. The Welsh centre books Tourism and Business - Short Stay; the EU family category and walk-in are not listed.
VisaBot follows one category at one centre, and VFS Global staff are not permitted to advise on the choice.
TourismBusiness - Short StayEU FAMILY Member - Private VisitGet these right at sign-up, and VisaBot can act the moment VFS Global releases a Lithuania date.
Finish the MIGRIS form
Lithuania's application form is completed online in MIGRIS and printed for the centre; the bot books the slot, not the form.
Put the whole group in
Add every traveller, up to five per AutoBooking subscription, with complete passport details: VFS Global books each person individually, and gaps pause AutoBooking.
Pick dates you can keep
The bot cannot swap a booked date, and VFS Global allows rebooking no sooner than 24 hours after a missed appointment.
No photos at booking
The bot needs no passport photo or selfie for Lithuania; VFS Global can take your digital photo at the centre.
Leave the login code to VisaBot
VFS Global's one-time code goes to VisaBot's system e-mail and lasts 3 to 5 minutes; ask support before logging in yourself.
Prepayment first, balance later
AutoBooking on VFS routes is paid in two parts: a prepayment per applicant covering the centre's fee, then the balance after booking.
Lithuania dates at VFS Global are released with no known pattern, and a first alert can take several days. A date that suits one traveller may not suit a group of five or a tight date range.
The Embassy normally decides within 15 days of the appointment, or up to 45 days in more complex cases. Schengen rules let you apply between six months and 15 days before the trip, so start early.

Comprehensive route coverage across major countries and for most visa types.

Global presence across 50+ locations, making visa booking convenient anywhere.

Trusted payment processing with full encryption and buyer protection.

Dedicated customer service ready to help with any visa appointment questions.
Family members of EU or EEA citizens who travel with them or join them can walk in at the London, Manchester and Edinburgh centres. Relatives covered by the EU free movement directive may instead apply at the Embassy by arrangement and qualify for a free, accelerated procedure under certain conditions.
A British Certificate of Travel or Certificate of Identity does not give visa-free entry. The visa fee is paid at the centre, separately from the VFS Global service fee.
VisaBot is run by TREVOR PHILIPS LTD (company number 14986978, England and Wales) and has no affiliation with VFS Global, the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania or any government body.
Choose by travel time: London, Manchester, Edinburgh and Cardiff all collect Lithuania applications for the same Embassy in London. Cardiff has no EU family category, so relatives of EU citizens should set London, Manchester or Edinburgh. Both VisaBot plans work in all four cities.
Match the category to the purpose of the trip. Tourism covers holidays and other private visits, Business - Short Stay covers work trips, and EU FAMILY Member - Private Visit is for non-EU relatives of EU or EEA citizens. VFS Global staff cannot advise on the choice.
Keep a search running instead of refreshing by hand. New Lithuania dates appear with no known pattern, and VisaBot keeps checking for the whole 30-day subscription, alerting you or booking as soon as a date fits. A wider date range and an easy-to-reach centre give the bot more chances.
Yes, within limits. A Notifications subscription covers every traveller in one application, while AutoBooking takes up to five applicants and is paid per applicant. VFS Global gives each family member an individual appointment, so a larger group can take longer to fit into the released dates.
Refreshing works if you can watch the page all day. VisaBot checks the VFS Global calendar constantly and sends a push alert when a Lithuania date appears, even while you sleep, and on AutoBooking the bot books it in your applicants' names. Neither VisaBot nor manual refreshing creates extra dates.
Not necessarily. Family members of EU or EEA citizens who travel with them or join them in Lithuania can walk in at the London, Manchester or Edinburgh centre without a booking. For a fixed date instead, VisaBot can book a slot in the EU FAMILY Member - Private Visit category.
Whether you need one depends on your passport. British citizens visit Lithuania visa-free for up to 90 days in any 180. Non-EU nationals living in the UK need a Schengen visa if their passport requires one, because a UK residence card does not replace it.
Notifications cost from £35 a month, and one subscription covers every applicant on it. AutoBooking costs from £100 per applicant; the final amount depends on the visa centre's fee.
Pick your destination: each page explains where to apply from the UK and what VisaBot can and cannot do on that route.
