Twenty-one destinations sit in the catalogue. France reaches furthest, from 18 Indian cities, then Spain through BLS International from 13, then Bulgaria, Hungary, Switzerland, Cyprus, Iceland, Estonia, Austria, Czechia, the Netherlands, Denmark, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Croatia, Slovenia, Sweden, Lithuania, Finland and Slovakia. Travellers from India most often ask us to watch Germany, Portugal, Italy, Latvia, France and Switzerland, in that order.

How AutoBooking actually books your appointment
Most services keep this part vague, so plainly: on AutoBooking, VisaBot signs in to the centre's booking system with your details and books the moment a suitable slot appears — in your name, at the official VFS Global centre, never through a held or resold appointment.
- What the process needs from you:
- Applicant details for everyone on the application, plus destination, visa category, Indian city and an optional date range.
- The OTP code. The centre sends a one-time code at login; it reaches VisaBot's system mailbox and expires in minutes, so tell support before a login attempt.
- The centre's fee at booking. On VFS Global routes payment is staged: a prepayment per applicant, a surcharge for a pinned date range, the remainder once a slot is booked.
- What if …
- … the date does not suit you? You can decline it, but the prepayment is gone: it paid the centre's booking fee, and the bot cannot swap dates. A new date means a new subscription.
- … there are no slots at all, or the destination runs a waitlist? Both are normal on Indian routes. Monitoring continues regardless, both plans support waitlist applications, and AutoBooking works from a batch even when it vanishes within minutes.
- … nothing is booked after two weeks? On contested destinations that is normal; support can tell you what activity we see on your route.
VisaBot cannot guarantee a slot, a date or a visa. We monitor availability and, on paid plans, complete the booking at the official application centre. The decision on any visa application rests solely with the consulate.

How long does it take to get an appointment from India?
We publish no average wait for India, deliberately: too few bookings have been completed here for an average to mean anything. A figure built on a handful of cases is marketing, not data. And nobody knows when the next batch of dates will be released — we find out in real time, by watching.
- What the product's behaviour does tell you:
- A first alert usually arrives within one to five days, depending on destination: centres do not release slots hourly, or even daily.
- On a contested destination or visa type, one to two weeks before a booking lands is normal, not a warning sign.
- Speed depends on destination, city, visa category, applicant count and season: four tourists to a popular consulate in July is not one business applicant in February.
- Two clocks, not one:
All of that is time to an appointment. Consulate processing is a separate clock, starting after biometrics: a short-stay application is normally decided within about 15 calendar days, longer in individual cases, and you may apply up to six months before travel. Confirm it on the consulate's own site.

- On ETIAS: ETIAS is for nationalities that need no Schengen visa. Indian passport holders are not in that group, so it replaces neither the visa nor the appointment.

Schengen appointments from India: the questions we get most
VFS Global shows no appointment dates in my city. Can VisaBot still get me one?
VisaBot keeps watching the centre's calendar whatever the page says today, because dates appear in batches on no announced schedule. Notifications alerts you the moment a batch opens; AutoBooking books from it for you. No one can promise a batch will open on a given route, and we do not.
Which Indian cities does VisaBot cover?

My destination is Spain, which goes through BLS International rather than VFS Global. Do you cover it?
Yes, with Notifications. In our India catalogue Spain is served by BLS International from 13 Indian cities, while most other destinations run through VFS Global; AutoBooking is not offered on the Spain routes at the moment.
What does VisaBot cost from India, and what do I still pay the visa centre?
Notifications start at ₹1999 per month for the whole application; AutoBooking starts at ₹5499 per applicant. The consulate visa fee and the centre's service charge are paid separately at the centre, and the AutoBooking total also covers the centre's booking fee, so it can exceed the headline price.
The bot booked a date I cannot use. What happens then?
You can decline the date, but the prepayment is not refunded: it has already covered the visa centre's booking fee, and the bot cannot exchange a booked date. A new appointment means a new subscription.
Where does the OTP code come from when the bot logs in?
Visa centres send a one-time code at login, and in our setup it arrives in VisaBot's system mailbox. Tell support before your next login attempt, because the code stays valid for only a few minutes.
How quickly does the bot find a slot from India, and is VisaBot connected to the centres?
