No link to VFS Global, the Swiss Embassy or any consulate: VisaBot is an independent tool, and each Switzerland visa is decided by the Embassy in Abu Dhabi.
For a Swiss Schengen visa, UAE residents complete an online application form, book a VFS Global appointment and attend in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. VisaBot follows the Business or General calendar you choose and sends an alert or, on AutoBooking, books the date under each applicant’s name. The visa decision rests with the Embassy of Switzerland in Abu Dhabi.

Enjoy your fast and stress-free appointment
Only with the help of the Bot I was able to book an appointment and apply for a visa in Abu Dhabi! Very useful tool with frequent updates if you don't have time to log in and check for a new slot every half an hour!
Get instant email or push notifications when new appointments open up or get a slot auto-booked for you.

Centre plus booking category
Dubai or Abu Dhabi, then Business or the general booking, called General Appointment in Dubai and General Appointments in Abu Dhabi.
The calendar, checked day and night
The bot keeps scanning the VFS Global Switzerland calendar for that pair, and VisaBot also handles routes where VFS runs a waitlist.
Notifications: alert first, you book
A push alert lands in the VisaBot app, email optional, and you finish the booking on the VFS Global site yourself.
AutoBooking: dates in your names
The bot books through VFS Global for up to six applicants in Abu Dhabi or five in Dubai, paid per person: a prepayment, then the rest.
Submission, then the Embassy
On the booked day the file goes in at the centre and on to the Embassy in Abu Dhabi; the passport returns to the same centre.
VisaBot cannot create Swiss dates VFS Global has not released, swap a booked date or shorten the Embassy’s processing.
Both centres forward Swiss Schengen files to the Embassy in Abu Dhabi. The Swiss Consulate General in Dubai works on economy and trade and does not take visa applications.
Wafi Mall, First Floor, Phase 5- Horus, Umm Hurrair 2, Dubai. Switzerland Schengen files by appointment, fingerprints and photo, passport return.
Level B2 (Lower Ground), The Mall, World Trade Centre, Khalifa Bin Zayed The 1st Street, Abu Dhabi. The same Swiss services as in Dubai.
Choose the centre you can reach twice, because VFS Global returns the passport to the office that took the file. Missing the slot means waiting a full day before VFS lets you book a new one.
Each subscription follows a single category at a single centre, and the general short-stay booking is named slightly differently in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
General AppointmentGeneral AppointmentsBusinessResidence papers that last
UAE residence visa and Emirates ID valid one month past your return from the Schengen area, or proof that renewal is under way.
Switzerland as the main stop
Switzerland or Liechtenstein must be the main destination, or the Embassy in Abu Dhabi does not accept the file.
The online application form
VFS Global asks every applicant to complete the online visa application form when booking, so keep each passport’s details at hand.
Centre and category
Dubai or Abu Dhabi, then Business or the general booking; VisaBot support can switch the category on a running subscription.
Every traveller, children too
Children under 12 need their own VFS appointment. One Notifications subscription covers the application; AutoBooking counts each applicant.
Date range and login codes
On Business, AutoBooking can hold to your date range. VFS login codes reach VisaBot’s system mailbox, so you do not forward them.
The Embassy of Switzerland accepts applications from six months before travel until 15 days before departure, so the search for a VFS date has to fit that window. Switzerland’s online visa system itself tells applicants to check whether appointments involve a waiting period.
Nobody announces when VFS Global releases new Switzerland dates, and VisaBot cannot predict it. Dates do not appear daily, so the first alert can take several days; a subscription runs for 30 days and does not renew by itself.
A second clock starts after the appointment. The Embassy in Abu Dhabi decides Schengen visas within 15 calendar days as a rule; consultation of other Schengen states adds up to 14 days for some nationalities, and files referred to Switzerland can take up to 12 weeks.

Comprehensive route coverage across major countries and for most visa types.

Global presence across 50+ locations, making visa booking convenient anywhere.

Trusted payment processing with full encryption and buyer protection.

Dedicated customer service ready to help with any visa appointment questions.
Spouses, registered partners and dependent children under 21 of Swiss, EU or EFTA citizens may apply at the Embassy’s visa section by advance appointment, and their visas are free of charge.
VisaBot is operated by TREVOR PHILIPS LTD, a company incorporated in England and Wales, company number 14986978.
Either centre works: VFS Global in Dubai and in Abu Dhabi sends Switzerland files to the same Embassy in Abu Dhabi. Choose by travel time, not expected speed, because the passport comes back to the centre where you submitted, so you go there twice. On VisaBot you pick the centre and category to follow.
Choose Business for meetings, conferences or trade fairs, and the general booking for holidays or family visits: General Appointment in Dubai, General Appointments in Abu Dhabi. Stays over 90 days are not booked at VFS Global; the Embassy in Abu Dhabi takes those in person. VisaBot support can fix a wrong category.
Keep a watch running, because new dates appear without a published schedule. VFS Global also runs an online waitlist for Switzerland in the UAE, and VisaBot supports waitlist routes on both Notifications and AutoBooking. Start early, since no service can produce dates VFS Global has not released.
Up to six applicants in Abu Dhabi and five in Dubai. AutoBooking is paid per applicant, partly at sign-up and the rest after booking, while one Notifications subscription covers everyone on the application. Children under 12 need their own VFS Global appointment, so count them in.
A bot sees no hidden dates; its edge is reaction time on the same public calendar. VisaBot checks the VFS Global Switzerland calendar for your centre and category around the clock and alerts you when a date appears or, on AutoBooking, books it without waiting. You save the hours of reloading.
No, the Consulate General in Dubai concentrates on economy and trade. Schengen applications from the UAE go through VFS Global in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, long-stay visas through the Embassy of Switzerland in Abu Dhabi, and the Embassy decides on both.
No. The Embassy of Switzerland in Abu Dhabi takes files where Switzerland or Liechtenstein is the main destination and turns the rest away. If another Schengen state is where you stay longest, book with that country’s centre; VisaBot follows other destinations from the UAE as well.
Notifications cost from 200AED a month, and one subscription covers every applicant on it. AutoBooking costs from 500AED per applicant; the final amount depends on the visa centre's fee.
Pick your destination: each page explains where to apply from the UAE and what VisaBot can and cannot do on that route.
Add every traveller, children included, and start inside the six-month window; the VisaBot app for iOS and Android runs Notifications and AutoBooking alike.
