VisaBot has no link to VFS Global or the Czech Embassy, and booking a date is just one step: the Embassy in Abu Dhabi alone grants or refuses the visa.
Most UAE residents who need a Czech Republic Schengen visa apply at VFS Global, in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. VisaBot reads the VFS Global calendar for the centre and category you choose: Notifications report a new date, and AutoBooking reserves it under the applicants’ names. The visa decision belongs to the Czech Embassy in Abu Dhabi.

Only with the help of the Bot I was able to book an appointment and apply for a visa in Abu Dhabi! Very useful tool with frequent updates if you don't have time to log in and check for a new slot every half an hour!
Get instant email or push notifications when new appointments open up or get a slot auto-booked for you.

Centre and category first
Abu Dhabi or Dubai, then one Czech category as the VFS Global booking system names it. The bot follows that calendar alone.
The calendar is checked for you
VisaBot keeps scanning the Czech calendar at VFS Global, so nobody has to sit refreshing the booking page.
Notifications: you make the booking
The VisaBot app pushes a new Czech date to your phone, with email as an option, and the booking itself is yours to make.
AutoBooking: reserved in your names
The bot books through VFS Global in the applicants’ own names, up to five people per subscription.
Attendance, then the decision
Every applicant attends in person, children too, with fingerprints from age 12. The Czech Embassy in Abu Dhabi then decides.
VisaBot cannot create Czech dates that VFS Global has not released, and it cannot speed up the Embassy’s decision.
VFS Global runs both Czech centres in the UAE; each city has the same five categories and AutoBooking in VisaBot.
Czech Republic Visa Application Centre, Wafi Mall, First Floor, Phase 5- Horus, Umm Hurrair 2, Dubai: submission, biometrics, passport collection.
Level B2 (Lower Ground), The Mall, World Trade Centre, Khalifa Bin Zayed The 1st Street, Abu Dhabi: Czech submissions, biometrics, passport return.
Pick the centre your whole group can reach: everyone attends in person, children under 18 with a parent or guardian. A missed VFS Global appointment can be rebooked 24 hours after the original date.
The bot watches one category at one centre, named as in the VFS Global booking system.
TourismBusinessVisit for friends and family / invitationShort term work / seasonal employmentOther purposes of stayOne centre, one category
Abu Dhabi or Dubai plus the Czech category for your trip; support can switch the category later.
A date window for work trips
Short term work / seasonal employment accepts a range of dates, at extra cost. Other Czech categories have no date window.
Every traveller on one plan
AutoBooking takes up to five applicants with passport details; one Notifications subscription covers the group.
Login codes and payment
VFS Global login codes reach the VisaBot system mailbox. On this route, AutoBooking is paid as a prepayment per applicant, then a balance.
Thirty days, no auto-renewal
Each subscription runs for 30 days with no automatic renewal; starting another is your call.
Even the Czech Embassy in Abu Dhabi flags heavy demand for visa appointments and tells travellers to plan early. Nobody, VisaBot included, knows when VFS Global will release Czech dates, and releases do not come daily, so the first alert may take days.
If AutoBooking has booked nothing, the usual cause is that VFS Global released no new Czech dates or that they did not fit the group size or date window. Once a date is booked, the bot cannot book a different one; that takes a new subscription.
An appointment and a visa are separate waits. After the centre accepts the file, the Embassy normally decides a Schengen application within 15 calendar days; further checks can stretch that to 45.

Comprehensive route coverage across major countries and for most visa types.

Global presence across 50+ locations, making visa booking convenient anywhere.

Trusted payment processing with full encryption and buyer protection.

Dedicated customer service ready to help with any visa appointment questions.
Short-term paid work needs a Schengen visa even for nationals who otherwise visit the Czech Republic visa-free, says the VFS Global Czech page for the UAE.
VisaBot is operated by TREVOR PHILIPS LTD, incorporated in England and Wales, company number 14986978.
Both VFS Global centres accept Czech Republic Schengen applications, so choose the one your whole group can reach. Dubai (Wafi Mall) and Abu Dhabi (The Mall, World Trade Centre) share the same five categories and AutoBooking in VisaBot. A subscription follows one centre’s calendar, so settle on the city first.
Match the purpose on your application form: Tourism for holidays, Business for meetings or trade fairs, Visit for friends and family / invitation for staying with people in the Czech Republic, Short term work / seasonal employment for paid work up to 90 days. Support can fix a wrong choice.
VisaBot is built for that case: it keeps checking the Czech calendar for your centre and category and reacts when VFS Global releases a date. Notifications tell you to book it; AutoBooking tries to secure it for your group. Releases follow no known pattern, so plan well ahead, as the Czech Embassy advises.
Yes. AutoBooking on the Czech Republic route takes up to five applicants in one subscription, each booked under their own passport details and charged separately. One Notifications subscription covers every traveller in the application. Children attend the VFS Global centre in person too, though those under 12 give no fingerprints.
Manual refreshing works while you watch the screen, and new Czech dates follow no known pattern. VisaBot checks the VFS Global calendar continuously and spots a fresh date without your effort. With Notifications you book it yourself; AutoBooking books it for you. Neither plan makes VFS Global release more dates.
Most applicants cannot. The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Abu Dhabi takes Schengen applications through its visa centres, accepting direct filings from relatives of EU citizens, diplomats and service passport holders, official delegations and people facing an urgent humanitarian situation. People in those groups request an Embassy appointment by email, and they may still choose VFS Global.
Yes, on Short term work / seasonal employment: you can give AutoBooking a range of acceptable dates, for an extra charge. Other Czech categories offer no date window, so AutoBooking books a date VFS Global releases. Keep the appointment between six months and 15 days before departure.
Notifications cost from 200AED a month, and one subscription covers every applicant on it. AutoBooking costs from 500AED per applicant; the final amount depends on the visa centre's fee.
Pick your destination: each page explains where to apply from the UAE and what VisaBot can and cannot do on that route.
Add every traveller, choose the category and let the bot follow the VFS Global calendar from the iOS or Android app.
