VisaBot is independent of VFS Global, BLS International and the Italian missions in the UAE. Whether a visa is issued is decided by the Consulate General of Italy, not by VisaBot.
Italy visa appointments for residents of Dubai and the Northern Emirates are booked at VFS Global in Dubai, which collects applications for the Consulate General of Italy. VisaBot watches that Dubai calendar for the category you pick: Notifications alert you to a new date, and AutoBooking books it in your name on most categories. The Consulate General alone decides on the visa.

Only with the help of the Bot I was able to book an appointment and apply for a visa in Abu Dhabi! Very useful tool with frequent updates if you don't have time to log in and check for a new slot every half an hour!
Get instant email or push notifications when new appointments open up or get a slot auto-booked for you.

One Dubai centre, 32 booking categories, and a bot mode set per category.
Your emirate sets the centre
VFS Global Dubai takes residence visas issued in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah or Fujairah; the bot follows that one calendar.
One Italian category, watched
VisaBot keeps checking the Dubai calendar for the exact category you chose, under its VFS Global name.
Notifications on every category
A new Italian date arrives as a push in the VisaBot app, email optional, and you book it at VFS Global yourself.
AutoBooking where it is offered
On categories with AutoBooking, the bot books the date through VFS Global in each applicant's name, for up to five people per subscription.
VisaBot cannot create Italian dates that VFS Global has not released, and categories such as Tourist visa and Business have Notifications without AutoBooking.
Italy splits the UAE between two missions, and the emirate that issued your residence visa decides which centre takes your application.
The Gate Avenue, Zone C, Level 1, Units 166 and 168, DIFC. Takes Italian visa applications from Dubai and Northern Emirates residents; VisaBot covers this centre.
World Trade Centre, Sheikh Rashid Tower, 17th floor. Handles some long-stay visas and EU family requests by email, and holds interviews; VisaBot does not track it.
Nation Towers Mall. Serves residence visas issued in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Al Dhafra for the Embassy of Italy; VisaBot does not follow this calendar.
Check which emirate issued your residence visa before you subscribe; Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Al Dhafra visa holders book tourist appointments on the BLS International portal.
VisaBot follows one category, not Italy as a whole. Several purposes appear in the Dubai booking system under more than one name, each with its own bot mode.

Match the VFS Global category to your trip; the booking form then shows whether AutoBooking is offered for it.
Add everyone travelling
One Notifications plan covers all applicants; AutoBooking takes up to five people per subscription, and each applicant is paid for.
Set a range of dates
Every AutoBooking category on this route accepts a range of acceptable dates as a paid option, so the bot skips days you cannot attend.
Leave login codes to VisaBot
VFS Global one-time codes reach the VisaBot system mailbox; if you log in yourself, support passes the code on, valid for 3โ5 minutes.
Two payments, thirty days
AutoBooking on VFS Global routes takes a prepayment per applicant, then the balance once a date is booked. Subscriptions last 30 days and do not renew.
VFS Global releases Italian dates in Dubai on no published schedule, and VisaBot cannot know a release in advance. Dates do not appear every day, so the first alert can take several days.
When AutoBooking has booked nothing, VFS Global has usually released no Italian dates in that category, or none fitted the group size or the chosen range. The bot cannot swap a date it has booked; another attempt needs a new subscription.
An appointment is not a visa. VFS Global gives up to 15 calendar days for a Schengen decision, longer under prior consultation, up to 90 days for study and up to 120 for work or digital nomad visas. Applications go in between six months and 15 days before travel, and study visas for degree courses must be applied for by 30 November 2026.

Comprehensive route coverage across major countries and for most visa types.

Global presence across 50+ locations, making visa booking convenient anywhere.

Trusted payment processing with full encryption and buyer protection.

Dedicated customer service ready to help with any visa appointment questions.
Long-stay requests need a check first. The Consulate General sends study, self-employment, subordinate work, medical and elective residence visas to its own visa office, while VFS Global Dubai lists study, subordinate work and digital nomad visas. Confirm the channel with the Consulate General before subscribing.
VisaBot is a service of TREVOR PHILIPS LTD, incorporated in England and Wales under company number 14986978.
The emirate that issued your residence visa decides. Visas from Dubai and the Northern Emirates go to VFS Global in Dubai, the route VisaBot covers. Visas from Abu Dhabi, Al Ain or Al Dhafra go to BLS International at Nation Towers Mall, which works for the Embassy of Italy and is not covered by VisaBot.
Book the category that matches the purpose of the trip. Tourist visa covers holidays, usually on a hotel booking, and has Notifications but no AutoBooking. Tourism visa (Visiting Family/friends) suits a stay with someone legally resident in Italy who sends an invitation letter, and it offers AutoBooking. VisaBot support can switch a wrong choice.
Keep a subscription running and let the bot do the checking. VisaBot keeps reloading the Dubai calendar for your category, and AutoBooking can book a date even while the site shows nothing to choose. Nobody knows in advance when new Italian dates appear, so the first result can take several days.
One Notifications plan covers every traveller in the application. AutoBooking on this route takes up to five applicants per subscription, each paid for, so the total depends on the group and the visa centre's booking fee. Every applicant still attends VFS Global in Dubai in person, children included.
The difference is attention, not access. VisaBot keeps checking the VFS Global calendar for your Italian category without a break, and AutoBooking can secure a fitting date in your name as soon as it appears. The bot reads the same public calendar as any applicant and gets no priority over anyone.
Notifications cost from 200AED a month, and one subscription covers every applicant on it. AutoBooking costs from 500AED per applicant; the final amount depends on the visa centre's fee.
Notifications are not refunded once alerts have started. For AutoBooking, the initial fee can be refunded if VisaBot has not booked an appointment for your destination and visa type within a reasonable time frame of no less than 14 calendar days from when your application becomes fully active; up to 10% may be kept to cover administrative costs. The charge paid after a successful booking is not refundable. Full terms: Refund Policy.
