VisaBot works independently of VFS Global and the Dutch missions in the UAE, and the decision on every Netherlands visa rests with the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Schengen and Dutch Caribbean visa appointments in the UAE are booked online with VFS Global and attended at Wafi Mall, Dubai, or The Mall, World Trade Centre, Abu Dhabi. VisaBot watches the Netherlands calendar for your category and sends an alert or, with AutoBooking, books the date in each applicant’s name. The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs decides on the visa.

Only with the help of the Bot I was able to book an appointment and apply for a visa in Abu Dhabi! Very useful tool with frequent updates if you don't have time to log in and check for a new slot every half an hour!
Get instant email or push notifications when new appointments open up or get a slot auto-booked for you.

Notifications and AutoBooking both run on every Netherlands booking category in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, waitlist dates included.
City and category
Dubai or Abu Dhabi, plus the category exactly as the VFS Global Netherlands booking system names it.
Checks around the clock
VisaBot keeps scanning the VFS Global Netherlands calendar, so a new date is caught without manual refreshing.
Notifications: you book it
A push alert reaches the VisaBot app, with email as an option; you then book the date on the VFS Global site.
AutoBooking: your names on it
The bot books via VFS Global for each applicant, paid per person: part at sign-up, the rest after booking.
Centre visit, Dutch decision
Applicants of all ages appear at the centre, fingerprinted from age 12, and the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs decides on the visa.
VisaBot cannot create Netherlands dates VFS Global has not released, move a waitlist appointment or shorten the Dutch Ministry’s processing time.
Both centres take Netherlands Schengen and Dutch Caribbean applications; long-stay MVV appointments go to the Consulate-General in Dubai Marina.
Wafi Mall, First Floor, Phase 5- Horus, Umm Hurrair 2, Dubai. Netherlands and Luxembourg visa submissions, biometrics and passport return.
Joint Visa Application Centre, Level B2 (Lower Ground), The Mall, World Trade Centre, Khalifa Bin Zayed The 1st Street, Abu Dhabi.
Book the centre every applicant can reach on the day: a missed appointment cannot be rebooked until 24 hours after its original time.
One subscription follows one category; VFS Global turns away applicants booked under the wrong one.
Tourist PurposeBusiness PurposeFamily/Friends VisaOthers (Except Tourist, Business, Visit Family/Friends)Schengen Short StayCaribbean Short StayCaribbean Long StayA centre everyone can reach
Dubai or Abu Dhabi, for the day all applicants can attend; Schengen Short Stay appears in the Abu Dhabi list alone.
The category of your main purpose
Choose by the main purpose of the trip; VisaBot support can switch a running subscription.
A date window, where offered
AutoBooking can keep to a range of acceptable dates on every category except Tourist Purpose, for an extra charge.
Every traveller on one subscription
Each person gets an individual VFS Global appointment; AutoBooking takes up to ten applicants in Dubai, five in Abu Dhabi.
Timing against your trip
Schengen files go in from six months to 15 calendar days before travel; short-stay Caribbean ones from three months ahead.
Login codes and payment
VFS login codes reach VisaBot’s system mailbox. On VFS Global routes AutoBooking is paid in two stages: prepayment, then the balance.
New Netherlands dates at VFS Global follow no predictable schedule, and VisaBot learns about each release as it happens. Some days bring nothing, so the first alert can take several days; a subscription lasts 30 days and ends without charging again.
VFS Global also hands out some Netherlands appointments in the UAE through a waitlist. A waitlist appointment cannot be rescheduled: a new date means joining the waitlist again.
A booked appointment starts a different clock. The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs averages 18 to 21 calendar days for a Schengen visa and 15 for a Caribbean one, up to 45 when more checks or documents are needed; a consultation of up to 7 days for some nationalities falls inside that period.

Comprehensive route coverage across major countries and for most visa types.

Global presence across 50+ locations, making visa booking convenient anywhere.

Trusted payment processing with full encryption and buyer protection.

Dedicated customer service ready to help with any visa appointment questions.
Family members of EU, EEA or Swiss nationals may qualify for free Schengen visa facilitation.
VisaBot is a service of TREVOR PHILIPS LTD, a company incorporated in England and Wales under number 14986978.
Either city works: both VFS Global centres accept Netherlands applications for the same Dutch authorities, so the choice changes your journey, not the outcome. Pick the centre every applicant can reach on the day. Abu Dhabi also lists a Schengen Short Stay category that Dubai lacks.
Choose by main purpose: Tourist Purpose for a holiday, Business Purpose for work trips, Family/Friends Visa for visiting people you know, Others for any remaining short stay. The two Caribbean categories are for Aruba, Curaçao and the other islands. A wrong category means VFS Global refuses the submission; VisaBot support can switch yours.
Keep a watch running instead of refreshing by hand. New Netherlands dates appear without a fixed pattern, some through the VFS waitlist, which both Notifications and AutoBooking support. A subscription runs 30 days, and no service can create dates VFS Global has not released, so start early within the six-month window.
One Notifications subscription covers everyone on the same application. AutoBooking takes up to ten applicants in Dubai and up to five in Abu Dhabi, with a fee per person. VFS Global still gives each applicant an individual appointment, and children attend in person too.
VisaBot sees the same VFS Global calendar you do; the gain is speed and persistence, not hidden dates. The bot checks your Netherlands category day and night, pushes an alert when a date appears and, on AutoBooking, books it without waiting for you to react.
No. Short-stay Schengen and Dutch Caribbean visa appointments in the UAE are made online with VFS Global for Dubai or Abu Dhabi. The Consulate-General in Dubai Marina handles long-stay MVV stickers after residence is approved, plus enrolment in the Orange Carpet and Caribbean Carpet schemes.
Yes, on every category except Tourist Purpose, for an extra charge. On Tourist Purpose AutoBooking has no date window and keeps the date it secures, which the bot cannot swap; VFS Global does not reschedule waitlist appointments either. With fixed holiday dates, Notifications lets you judge each date first.
Notifications cost from 200AED a month, and one subscription covers every applicant on it. AutoBooking costs from 500AED per applicant; the final amount depends on the visa centre's fee.
Pick your destination: each page explains where to apply from the UAE and what VisaBot can and cannot do on that route.
Add every traveller and the right category, then subscribe on the site or in the app for iOS and Android.
