VisaBot is independent of VFS Global and the Austrian Embassy, and the decision on every Austria visa rests with the Embassy in Abu Dhabi.
Short Stay, Business and National Visa appointments for Austria are booked online with VFS Global and attended in person at Wafi Mall in Dubai or The Mall, World Trade Centre in Abu Dhabi. VisaBot tracks the Austria calendar for your category and either sends an alert or, on AutoBooking, secures the date under each applicant’s name. The visa decision belongs to the Austrian Embassy in Abu Dhabi.

Enjoy your fast and stress-free appointment
Only with the help of the Bot I was able to book an appointment and apply for a visa in Abu Dhabi! Very useful tool with frequent updates if you don't have time to log in and check for a new slot every half an hour!
Get instant email or push notifications when new appointments open up or get a slot auto-booked for you.

Centre plus category
Dubai or Abu Dhabi, then Short Stay, Business or National Visa as VFS Global names them.
Round-the-clock calendar checks
The bot keeps reading the VFS Global Austria calendar for your city and category, so a fresh date is spotted without manual refreshing.
Notifications: you take the date
VisaBot pings your phone through its app, with email as an add-on, and the booking on the VFS Global site is yours to make.
AutoBooking: booked in your names
The bot books through VFS Global for up to five applicants, each paid for separately: part at sign-up, the rest once the date is secured.
Your visit, the Embassy’s decision
Every applicant, children included, attends in person, with fingerprints from age 12. The Austrian Embassy in Abu Dhabi then decides.
VisaBot cannot add dates VFS Global has not put out, swap a date already booked or speed up the Embassy’s processing.
Both centres send every Austria file to the Embassy in Abu Dhabi; Austria has no consulate in Dubai.
Wafi Mall, First Floor, Phase 5- Horus, Umm Hurrair 2, Dubai. Austria applications by appointment, fingerprints and passport collection.
Level B2 (Lower Ground), The Mall, World Trade Centre, Khalifa Bin Zayed The 1st Street, Abu Dhabi. The same Austria categories and services as Dubai.
VFS Global asks applicants to use the nearest centre. Pick the city every applicant can reach on the day: a missed appointment cannot be rebooked until 24 hours after the original date.
One subscription follows one category, so your choice decides which Austria dates reach you.
Short StayBusinessNational VisaThe centre you will attend
Dubai or Abu Dhabi: VFS Global expects you at the nearest centre, with every applicant present in person.
The category, as VFS names it
Short Stay, Business or National Visa; support can change it on a running subscription.
A date window, where offered
On Business and National Visa, AutoBooking can respect a date range you set, at extra cost; on Short Stay it books the date that comes up.
Everyone travelling together
Up to five applicants per AutoBooking subscription, each under their own passport details; one Notifications subscription covers the group.
Enough lead time
VFS Global wants at least 15 calendar days between appointment and travel; the Embassy accepts files from six months ahead.
Login codes and payment
VFS login codes go to VisaBot’s system mailbox. AutoBooking here is paid in two parts: a prepayment per applicant, then the balance after booking.
The Austrian Embassy in Abu Dhabi warns that processing may take longer than usual and asks for early applications, up to six months before departure; three weeks before travel is the minimum it recommends.
Nobody, VisaBot included, knows when VFS Global will release the next Austria dates. New dates do not appear daily, so the first alert may take a few days, and each subscription runs 30 days with no automatic renewal.
An appointment and a visa are two separate waits. An admissible Schengen application should be decided within 15 calendar days, or up to 45 with further checks; some nationalities add up to seven days of consultation, and a visa D can take up to six months.

Comprehensive route coverage across major countries and for most visa types.

Global presence across 50+ locations, making visa booking convenient anywhere.

Trusted payment processing with full encryption and buyer protection.

Dedicated customer service ready to help with any visa appointment questions.
Family members of EU, EEA or Swiss citizens with free-movement rights fall under special provisions and pay no visa fee.
VisaBot belongs to TREVOR PHILIPS LTD (England and Wales, company number 14986978).
Both centres do. VFS Global receives Austria files in Wafi Mall, Dubai, and in the World Trade Centre mall, Abu Dhabi, and asks applicants to use the nearest one. Every file goes to the Austrian Embassy in Abu Dhabi, so the city changes your journey, not the decision.
Match the category to the purpose and length of the stay. Short Stay covers tourism and family visits, Business covers meetings and trade fairs, and National Visa is the Austrian visa D for 91 days to six months. If you subscribe under the wrong one, VisaBot support can switch it.
Yes, if your trip is far enough away. New Austria dates appear with no known pattern, so VisaBot checks your category around the clock for the 30 days of the subscription. No service can conjure dates that VFS Global has not put out, and the Embassy needs time afterwards, so start early.
Yes, for up to five people. One AutoBooking subscription books up to five applicants, each under their own passport details and each paid for separately, part upfront and the rest once the date is booked. A single Notifications subscription covers the whole application. Children attend the centre in person too.
A bot reacts faster, but it sees the same calendar as you. VisaBot checks the VFS Global Austria calendar for your centre and category day and night, sends a push when a date shows and, with AutoBooking, goes on to book it without waiting for you. The gain is reaction time, not hidden appointments.
On Business and National Visa, yes: AutoBooking can keep to a date window you set, for an extra charge. On Short Stay no window is offered, so the bot books the date VFS Global releases and cannot swap it later. Start a Short Stay subscription once any date works for you.
No. The Austrian Embassy in Abu Dhabi has outsourced its visa services to VFS Global, so Schengen and national visa appointments are booked with VFS Global for Dubai or Abu Dhabi. The Embassy itself takes first applications for residence permits, such as the Red-White-Red Card.
Notifications cost from 200AED a month, and one subscription covers every applicant on it. AutoBooking costs from 500AED per applicant; the final amount depends on the visa centre's fee.
