VisaBot works independently of VFS Global and the Embassy of Latvia. A booked date is not a visa: the Embassy decides on every application.
Latvian visa files from the UAE go through VFS Global, at its centres in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. VisaBot keeps checking the VFS Global calendar for the city and Latvian category you choose: Notifications report a new date, and AutoBooking books it under each applicant’s own name. The Embassy of Latvia in Abu Dhabi decides on every visa.

Only with the help of the Bot I was able to book an appointment and apply for a visa in Abu Dhabi! Very useful tool with frequent updates if you don't have time to log in and check for a new slot every half an hour!
Get instant email or push notifications when new appointments open up or get a slot auto-booked for you.

A single city and category
Abu Dhabi and Dubai list different Latvian categories; the bot follows the one you pick, named as VFS Global names it.
Checks run while you work
VisaBot keeps reloading the Latvian calendar at VFS Global, so nobody has to sit at the booking page.
Notifications: a push, then you book
A new Latvian date arrives as a push in the VisaBot app, email optional; you then book it at VFS Global.
AutoBooking: the date in your names
The bot books through VFS Global under each applicant’s passport details: up to five people in Abu Dhabi, three in Dubai.
You attend, the Embassy decides
Everyone submits in person, infants included; the Embassy’s Consular Section then examines the file.
VisaBot cannot add Latvian dates that VFS Global has not released, and it has no say in the Embassy’s decision.
Residents of any emirate may file at either centre; the city sets which Latvian categories and how many applicants VisaBot can book.
Level B2 (Lower Ground), The Mall, World Trade Centre, Khalifa Bin Zayed The 1st Street, Abu Dhabi. Latvian submissions, biometrics, passport return.
Wafi Mall, First Floor, Phase 5- Horus, Umm Hurrair 2, Dubai. Latvian short-stay and national visa files, biometrics, passport return.
Groups of four or five suit Abu Dhabi, where AutoBooking takes up to five applicants against three in Dubai. A missed appointment can be rebooked 24 hours after the original slot.
The bot watches one category per subscription, so match the name, as the VFS Global booking system writes it, to your trip and paperwork.
TourismShortStayBusinessBusiness, Sports and Private visits with OCMA invitationsNational Visa (work and students with OCMA decision)City first, then the category
Pick Abu Dhabi or Dubai and the Latvian category; support can switch the category later.
Match the group to the city
AutoBooking takes up to five applicants in Abu Dhabi and three in Dubai; one Notifications plan covers the whole group.
A window of acceptable dates
Every Latvian category accepts a date range for AutoBooking, at extra cost, so dates outside your plans are skipped.
A passport photo per applicant
AutoBooking for Latvia needs a passport photo of every applicant, with no selfie or liveness check.
Login codes and payment
VFS Global login codes reach the VisaBot system mailbox. AutoBooking is paid as a prepayment per applicant, then a balance after booking.
Thirty days, then it stops
A subscription lasts 30 days and does not renew by itself.
Latvian dates at VFS Global appear on no known schedule and not every day, so the first alert may take several days. VFS Global gives appointments out online, first come, first served, which favours a bot that checks without pause over a person refreshing by hand.
When AutoBooking has booked nothing, VFS Global has usually released no Latvian dates, or they did not fit the group size or date window. The bot cannot swap a booked date; another attempt needs a new subscription.
An appointment is not a visa. After the centre accepts the file, the Consular Section normally decides on a Schengen application within 15 days, or up to 45 days with extra checks; national visas can take 60. Nationals on Latvia’s prior consultation list, Pakistan among them, should allow at least 15 working days. Applications go in no earlier than six months and at least 15 days before travel.

Comprehensive route coverage across major countries and for most visa types.

Global presence across 50+ locations, making visa booking convenient anywhere.

Trusted payment processing with full encryption and buyer protection.

Dedicated customer service ready to help with any visa appointment questions.
The Embassy of Latvia in the UAE says visits to relatives or friends, and holders of a positive OCMA residence permit decision, may submit at VFS Global without an appointment; VFS Global asks every tourist to book. Ask the VFS Global helpline before you subscribe.
Nationals of India, Pakistan and the Philippines need a Schengen visa; family members of EU or EEA citizens under free movement rules get a free, faster procedure.
VisaBot is operated by TREVOR PHILIPS LTD, a company incorporated in England and Wales, company number 14986978.
Either VFS Global centre takes Latvian files from any emirate, so choose by category and group size. Abu Dhabi lists Tourism, Business and both OCMA categories, with AutoBooking for up to five applicants; Dubai lists ShortStay and both OCMA categories, with up to three. Pick the city your whole group can reach.
Match the category to your trip and paperwork. Holidays go under Tourism in Abu Dhabi or ShortStay in Dubai, and Business needs a Latvian company’s invitation letter. An invitation approved by OCMA, Latvia’s migration office, points to Business, Sports and Private visits with OCMA invitations; long-stay work or study points to National Visa.
Keep the city and category fixed and let VisaBot check the Latvian calendar. VFS Global releases dates on no known schedule, first come, first served, so a date can vanish between two manual checks. Notifications push it to you at once, and AutoBooking tries to secure it for your group.
The limit depends on the city: AutoBooking for Latvia takes up to five applicants per subscription in Abu Dhabi and up to three in Dubai, each paid per person. One Notifications subscription covers every traveller in the application. Children count as applicants, since everyone submits in person.
Booking on the VFS Global site costs nothing, and anyone can refresh the Latvian calendar by hand. VisaBot sells the checking: the bot scans the calendar constantly and, with AutoBooking, books in your name. There is no priority access and no hidden date; a subscription saves time and attention.
Not for a visa. The Embassy of Latvia in Abu Dhabi takes every Schengen and national visa application through VFS Global and decides it in its Consular Section. Residence permit requests go to the Embassy in person, booked online; students take that step before the National Visa appointment, and VisaBot does not handle it.
Notifications cost from 200AED a month, and one subscription covers every applicant on it. AutoBooking costs from 500AED per applicant; the final amount depends on the visa centre's fee.
