VisaBot is an independent service, not affiliated with VFS Global, BLS International, embassies or consulates. The decision on your visa rests with the consulate of your destination country.
In Türkiye, Turkish citizens and foreigners with a residence permit book a Schengen visa appointment with the service provider of their main destination: VFS Global for most countries, BLS International for Spain. VisaBot watches these calendars for 18 Schengen countries, alerts you when a date opens and, for eight of them, can book it in the applicants’ names. The visa decision stays with the consulate.

Pick centre, country and visa type
On the website or in the iOS and Android app, choose your city in Türkiye, the Schengen country and the visa category as the centre names it.
The bot keeps checking the calendar
VisaBot checks the appointment calendar of the VFS Global or BLS International centre you picked, from Edirne to Gaziantep, so you no longer refresh it yourself.
An alert or a booking
With Notifications, a push alert arrives and you book the date yourself; with AutoBooking, where offered, the bot tries to book a suitable date in the applicants’ names.
From Türkiye, VisaBot follows 18 Schengen countries: Spain at BLS International and the other 17 at VFS Global. The choice of countries depends on your city.
AutoBooking for France, the Netherlands, Norway, Denmark, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Slovakia and Switzerland; Notifications for the ten other countries, Spain included.
Several VFS Global centres, among them Beyoglu and Altunizade, plus BLS International for Spain. AutoBooking for France, the Netherlands, Norway, Denmark, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Slovakia, Switzerland.

The list changes over time, so check the search form for the countries and visa types offered in your city.
Notifications and AutoBooking watch the same centre calendar; the difference is who books the date. In Türkiye, AutoBooking exists for eight countries, all at VFS Global centres.
| What matters | Notifications | AutoBooking |
|---|---|---|
| What the plan does | A push alert in the app as soon as a date appears, e-mail as an add-on; you book on the centre’s website. | The bot tries to book a date that fits the number of applicants and, if you set one, your date range. |
| Countries from Türkiye | All 18; Spain, Poland, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania and Malta have no AutoBooking. | France, the Netherlands, Norway, Denmark, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Slovakia and Switzerland, in the cities that offer them. |
| Who it suits | Travellers on a budget, families included, who can react to an alert quickly. | Busy applicants who can’t answer an alert at once, or groups that need one shared date. |
| What you provide | City, country and visa category. | Passport details of each applicant; on most categories, a date range as a paid option. |
| Number of applicants | One subscription covers everyone on the same application. | Several applicants per subscription, up to a limit set per route; priced per applicant. |
| Duration | 30 days, with no automatic renewal. | 30 days, with no automatic renewal. |
AutoBooking: one subscription for all four applicants, and the bot looks for a date with enough places for everyone.
Notifications: BLS International accepts Spain appointments booked by the applicant or in their presence, so you book the date yourself when the alert arrives.
VisaBot offers AutoBooking for Slovenia at the VFS Global centre in Trabzon, so the bot can book a date in your own city.
Route and applicants
Choose the city, the country and the visa category, then add each applicant’s passport details; most categories also accept a date range.
Prepayment per applicant
At VFS Global centres, AutoBooking is paid in two stages, starting with a prepayment per applicant that covers the centre’s booking fee.
The bot waits for a fitting date
When a date fits the number of applicants and your range, the bot tries to book it in their names; popular categories draw heavy competition.
OTP code
The one-time code from VFS Global goes to VisaBot’s system e-mail, so you forward nothing. To log in yourself, tell support first: the code lasts 3–5 minutes.
Balance within 48 hours
After the booking you receive a payment link for the rest of the AutoBooking price; unpaid after 48 hours, the appointment is cancelled.
The bot can’t create dates the centre hasn’t released and doesn’t swap a booked date: if the date doesn’t suit you, a new subscription is needed.
VisaBot can’t tell in advance when a centre in Türkiye will release new dates, because releases follow no known pattern. The first alert may take several days, since new dates do not come out every day.
The wait for an appointment depends on the country, the city, the visa category, the number of applicants and the dates you can accept. If AutoBooking has not booked yet, the centre has usually released nothing that fits, or other applicants took the date first; widening your date range gives the bot more to work with.
An appointment is not a visa. After you submit, the consulate normally decides within 15 days, or up to 45 days when it needs a closer look. For Spain, BLS International asks for at least 15 working days before travel in Istanbul and Ankara, and 20 in Izmir, Antalya and Gaziantep.

Comprehensive route coverage across major countries and for most visa types.

Global presence across 50+ locations, making visa booking convenient anywhere.

Trusted payment processing with full encryption and buyer protection.

Dedicated customer service ready to help with any visa appointment questions.
Turkish citizens need a visa for short Schengen stays. Under the cascade rule adopted on 15 July 2025, Turkish nationals other than truck drivers who live and apply in Türkiye and lawfully used two visas within three years can get a one-year multiple-entry visa, then three- and five-year ones.
Conditions for residence-permit holders can differ between consulates. At BLS International for Spain, holders of a short-term residence permit need prior approval from the consulate or embassy before they can apply.
Family members of EU or EEA citizens covered by the Free Movement Directive can, under conditions, use a free and accelerated procedure.
VisaBot is a service of TREVOR PHILIPS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, Companies House number 14986978.
Book online with the service provider of your main destination country: VFS Global for most Schengen countries, BLS International for Spain, iDATA for Germany and Italy. You then submit the application in person on that date. If the calendar shows no free dates, VisaBot can watch VFS Global and BLS International calendars for 18 countries and alert you, or book for you where AutoBooking is offered.
Keep watching, because new and cancelled dates appear without a known pattern and go fast. VisaBot checks the calendar of your chosen centre continuously: Notifications send a push alert, and AutoBooking, offered for eight countries, tries to book a date released after you subscribe.
No. From Türkiye, VisaBot covers Spain with Notifications: you get an alert when BLS International releases a date in Ankara, Antalya, Gaziantep, Istanbul or Izmir, and you book it on the BLS website yourself. BLS International accepts appointments booked by the applicant or in their presence and checks each applicant’s face at submission.
Yes, as a general rule: foreign nationals legally resident in Türkiye apply there, with the provider of their main destination country. Conditions for residence-permit holders can differ between consulates, so read the checklist of your destination before booking. At BLS International for Spain, holders of a short-term residence permit need prior approval from the consulate or embassy before applying.
No. The Schengen area has 29 members, 25 EU Member States plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland, and Türkiye is not among them. Turkish citizens need a Schengen visa for short stays; the EU Delegation to Türkiye notes that, unlike other EU candidate countries, Türkiye has no visa-free travel.
Germany, Italy and Greece use other providers, while VisaBot follows VFS Global and BLS International centres in Türkiye. Germany and Italy take applications through iDATA, Greece through Kosmos Visa Services and Hungary through AS-Visa; Portugal and Romania work without a service provider. Austria, Belgium, Sweden and Iceland use VFS Global in Türkiye but are not on VisaBot’s Türkiye list.
Yes. For the eight AutoBooking countries, you add every applicant to one subscription, and the bot looks for a date with enough places for all of them; the price is set per applicant. The maximum depends on the country, the centre and the visa category. With Notifications, one subscription covers the whole application, and you book the places yourself when the alert arrives.
Notifications cost from ₺1000 a month, and one subscription covers every applicant on it. AutoBooking costs from ₺3200 per applicant; the final amount depends on the visa centre's fee.
Notifications are not refunded once alerts have started. For AutoBooking, the initial fee can be refunded if VisaBot has not booked an appointment for your destination and visa type within a reasonable time frame of no less than 14 calendar days from when your application becomes fully active; up to 10% may be kept to cover administrative costs. The charge paid after a successful booking is not refundable. Full terms: Refund Policy.
