VisaBot runs independently of VFS Global and the Embassy of Latvia in Ankara; deciding a Latvia visa is the embassy's exclusive competence.
No district rule applies to Latvia: VFS Global accepts Latvia visa applications at any of its centres in Türkiye, from Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir to Antalya, Bursa, Edirne, Gaziantep and Trabzon. VisaBot watches the VFS calendar for the city and category you choose and alerts you to new dates, which you book yourself. The Embassy of Latvia in Ankara decides the visa.

Your city and Latvia line
You pick a VFS city and a Latvia category, such as Tourism - Turizm in Izmir, and alerts concern that choice.
The calendar, checked constantly
VisaBot keeps checking the VFS Latvia calendar for your city and category, so nobody refreshes the page by hand.
A push alert on a new date
A new Latvia date triggers a push notification in the VisaBot app for iOS or Android; e-mail alerts are optional.
Your booking on the VFS site
Sign in to VFS Global and book an individual appointment for each traveller; VFS e-mails the appointment letter.
VisaBot does not make the booking on the Latvia route and cannot add dates that VFS Global has not released.
VFS Global lets Latvia applicants use any of its centres in Türkiye.
Hacıahmet Mahallesi, Kurtuluş Deresi Caddesi No 29 A, Beyoğlu, on the European side of Istanbul.
Ofton Plaza B Blok, Mahir İz Caddesi No 13/2, Altunizade, Üsküdar, on the Asian side of Istanbul.
Regnum Sky Tower, Muhsin Yazıcıoğlu Caddesi No 57/A, Çankaya. Ankara adds a fifth booking line, KISA DONEM.
Ege Perla AVM, first floor, Ozan Abay Caddesi No 8, Çınarlı, Konak.

Choose a centre you can reach at short notice. VisaBot's form also lists Bodrum with one line, KISA DONEM, but VFS Latvia pages name no Bodrum centre: confirm it with VFS first.
VisaBot follows each line as VFS names it. VFS staff do not advise which visa type to choose.

Any Latvia centre in Türkiye accepts you, so choose a city you can get to quickly.
The online visa form
VFS expects the visa form before booking; Latvia uses an online application form that you complete and sign.
A VFS Global account
Create the account in advance and keep every passport to hand to take a new date at once.
Everyone on one subscription
One Notifications subscription covers all travellers on the application; VFS still books each person individually.
VisaBot knows no pattern in when VFS Global releases Latvia dates. Dates do not appear every day, so a first alert may take several days; days without updates are normal.
Each VisaBot subscription lasts 30 days and does not renew itself.
A booked appointment is not a visa. After the centre visit, the Embassy of Latvia normally decides a short-stay application within 15 calendar days of receiving it, or up to 45 when more scrutiny is needed, and nationals of some countries face additional consultations. Short-stay applications can go in up to six months before the trip and, as a rule, no later than 15 calendar days before it.

Comprehensive route coverage across major countries and for most visa types.

Global presence across 50+ locations, making visa booking convenient anywhere.

Trusted payment processing with full encryption and buyer protection.

Dedicated customer service ready to help with any visa appointment questions.
Family members travelling with an EU or EEA citizen who is not Latvian have their own VFS category, and spouses of EU nationals exercising free movement pay no visa fee.
VisaBot is operated by TREVOR PHILIPS LTD (company number 14986978, England and Wales) and is not affiliated with VFS Global, the Embassy of Latvia or any government body.
Yes. VFS Global sets no jurisdiction for Latvia, so any of its centres in Türkiye will do: Ankara, Antalya, Bursa, Edirne, Gaziantep, Istanbul Altunizade, Istanbul Beyoglu, Izmir or Trabzon, with the passport collected there. VisaBot's form also lists Bodrum, a centre VFS Latvia pages do not describe, so confirm it with VFS first.
Tourism - Turizm is the line named for holiday trips; Others covers business, cultural and sports trips and visits to family or friends, and Long Term - Uzun Donem (D-type visas) covers stays over 90 days. VFS does not explain its two Short term lines, so ask VisaBot support if unsure; support can also switch the category.
Keep a subscription running for your city and category: VisaBot watches the VFS Latvia calendar, sends a push alert when a date appears, and you book it on the VFS site. Releases follow no known pattern. Be wary of anyone selling Latvia appointments: VFS bookings are made in each applicant's name.
Yes. One Notifications subscription covers all travellers on the application, so the whole family gets the same alerts. VFS Global still needs an individual appointment for each person, and everyone attends in person, children included. When an alert arrives, book each family member in your VFS account.
You can, but checking by hand means refreshing the VFS Latvia calendar for hours and missing dates released while you were away. VisaBot scans it constantly and sends a push alert once a date appears for your city and category. Taking the date stays with you.
No. The Embassy of Latvia in Ankara asks all short-stay (C) and long-stay (D) visa applicants to book at VFS Global Latvia centres in Türkiye. The embassy still examines each application and decides after the VFS visit; VFS Global has no say in the outcome.
Normally 15 calendar days from the embassy receiving the application, extendable to 45 when more scrutiny is needed; long-stay D visas can take up to 60 days. Finding an appointment is a separate, earlier stage, so start early: short-stay files can go in up to six months ahead.
Notifications cost from ₺1000 a month, and one subscription covers every applicant on it.
Pick your destination: each page explains where to apply from Türkiye and what VisaBot can and cannot do on that route.
