VisaBot is not linked to VFS Global or the Bulgarian missions in Türkiye: it neither sells nor holds appointments, and the visa decision rests with those missions.
VFS Global takes Bulgaria visa appointments in Türkiye at Altunizade and Beyoglu in Istanbul and at Ankara, Antalya, Bursa, Diyarbakir, Edirne, Gaziantep, Izmir and Trabzon; you book a centre that serves your province. VisaBot checks the VFS calendar for your centre and category and alerts you to new dates, which you book yourself. Bulgaria’s Embassy in Ankara or a Consulate General decides the visa.

Gerçekten hızlı bir şekilde randevumuzu aldılar. Teşekkürler.

For Bulgaria from Türkiye, VisaBot works in Notifications mode; the booking stays with you.
Pick a centre and category
Choose a VFS centre for your province and your category; VisaBot watches exactly that combination.
VisaBot watches the calendar
After you subscribe, VisaBot keeps scanning the Bulgaria calendar on the VFS site.
An alert reaches you
A new date triggers a push alert in the VisaBot app; e-mail alerts are an optional add-on.
You book the date on VFS Global
Log in to your VFS account, take the date and pay the VFS service fee online, in your own name.
VisaBot cannot add Bulgaria dates to the VFS calendar, and for Bulgaria from Türkiye it does not book appointments.
VFS Global rejects Bulgaria appointments booked for the wrong jurisdiction, so your province decides the centre.

The VFS booking form also lists a plain Istanbul entry with purpose-named categories and D-VISA. VFS Global publishes no address for it, so confirm the venue with VFS first.
Choose by province, not by the earliest date. Outside the Istanbul, Bursa and Edirne consular districts, the Embassy in Ankara is your mission, and its applicants use Ankara, Antalya, Gaziantep, Diyarbakir or Trabzon.
VFS Global refuses appointments under the wrong service category. VFS centres sort categories mainly by age and family status, while the plain Istanbul entry sorts them by purpose.

The exact category
Match the category to age and purpose; VisaBot support can switch it on your subscription.
A VFS account with an allowed e-mail
Open your VFS Global account early with an e-mail on VFS’s approved list, such as gmail.com or outlook.com; Turkish domains like hotmail.com.tr are not on it.
Passport details at hand
VFS needs each applicant’s name, surname and passport details exactly as in the passport.
Everyone on one subscription
One Notifications subscription covers everyone travelling together, family included.
New Bulgaria dates do not appear at VFS every day, so the first alert can take several days. Keep your VFS login at hand, because the alert comes the moment VisaBot sees a date.
A booked date is not a visa. A Bulgarian short-stay visa is normally decided within 15 days of the application being lodged, or up to 45 days when more checks are needed.
VFS Global takes applications at least 15 days and no earlier than three months before the trip. A Notifications subscription runs for 30 days and ends without auto-renewal.

Comprehensive route coverage across major countries and for most visa types.

Global presence across 50+ locations, making visa booking convenient anywhere.

Trusted payment processing with full encryption and buyer protection.

Dedicated customer service ready to help with any visa appointment questions.
Since 31 March 2024 Bulgaria has issued Schengen visas. A Schengen visa from another member state covers Bulgaria too when its entries and validity fit the trip, and under certain conditions family members of EU or EEA citizens get a free, faster procedure.
VisaBot is run by TREVOR PHILIPS LTD (England and Wales, company number 14986978) and has no affiliation with VFS Global, Bulgaria’s Embassy in Ankara or its Consulates General in Türkiye.
Book a centre that serves your province, because VFS Global rejects appointments for the wrong jurisdiction. Istanbul, Kocaeli, Sakarya and Çanakkale use Altunizade or Beyoglu; Edirne, Kırklareli and Tekirdağ use Edirne; Bursa, Balıkesir, Bilecik, Yalova, Izmir, Manisa, Aydın, Denizli and Muğla use Bursa or Izmir. Other provinces book Ankara, Antalya, Gaziantep, Diyarbakir or Trabzon.
At most VFS centres, a tourist aged 12 or over books Application with Biometric and a child under 12 books Applications without Biometric(0-12). Beyoglu and Diyarbakir also list Application with Biometric (Individual - Bireysel), and the plain Istanbul entry uses purpose-named categories such as TOURISM VISA APPLICATION. VFS can refuse a wrong category.
Keep your search inside your district, because VFS rejects appointments for the wrong jurisdiction: in Istanbul that means Altunizade or Beyoglu, in the Bursa district Bursa or Izmir. New dates do not appear every day, and a VisaBot subscription alerts you when one appears for your centre and category.
One Notifications subscription covers everyone travelling together, so a family needs a single subscription. At VFS, children under 12 are booked in their own category without biometrics, so check with VisaBot support which category the alert should follow for a group with young children.
The difference is who does the checking: with a VisaBot subscription, the bot watches the VFS Bulgaria calendar for your centre and category and sends a push alert when a date shows up. Booking the date, paying the VFS service fee and visiting the centre stay with you.
Notifications cost from ₺1000 a month, and one subscription covers every applicant on it.
Pick your destination: each page explains where to apply from Türkiye and what VisaBot can and cannot do on that route.
