VisaBot is an independent service, not part of VFS Global or the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs; the decision on every Netherlands visa rests with the Dutch authorities.
Netherlands visa appointments in Türkiye are booked online with VFS Global, via a waitlist when the calendar is full, at centres in Ankara, Antalya, Bursa, Edirne, Gaziantep, Istanbul Altunizade, Istanbul Beyoglu and Izmir. VisaBot watches your city and category, alerts you to new dates and, with AutoBooking, books one in the applicants' names. The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs decides the visa.

Both plans cover all six categories in all eight VFS Global cities: act on an alert, or let the bot book.
A single city and category
The search follows the VFS Global city you apply in and the category matching the trip's main purpose.
Calendar scanned constantly
VisaBot scans the VFS Netherlands calendar non-stop and reacts once a date appears; waitlist routes are supported.
Notifications: you book
A push alert, or email if preferred; you book the date in your own VFS Global account.
AutoBooking: booked in your names
The bot books through VFS Global in the applicants' own names.
Paid in two stages
A prepayment per applicant covers the centre's booking fee; the balance follows the booking.
VisaBot cannot add Netherlands dates, jump the VFS waitlist or speed up the Ministry's decision.
NetherlandsWorldwide lets anyone living in Türkiye, Iraq or Syria apply at these centres and sets no province rule.

AutoBooking: 25 applicants in Istanbul Altunizade, 3 in Bursa and Edirne, 5 elsewhere, each paid for. Notifications cover any group.
Date range and photos
A preferred date range exists on ORANGE/BLUE CARPET, not on the other five lines; none asks for a passport photo, selfie or face check.
Already on the VFS waitlist?
VFS blocks separate manual bookings for waitlisted applicants; tell support about your entry before subscribing.
Codes reach VisaBot's mailbox
The VFS one-time code goes to VisaBot's system email; before logging in to VFS yourself, ask support for it, as it lasts three to five minutes.
VisaBot knows of no pattern to VFS releases of Netherlands dates, so a first alert can take several days. NetherlandsWorldwide advises checking VFS Global repeatedly when appointments are limited: the bot's job.
Since September 2026, VFS has offered a Netherlands waitlist in Türkiye whenever no slot shows. Email offers go out in queue order to many applicants at once, and an offer unbooked for 48 hours sends the entry back into the queue. VisaBot supports waitlist routes on both plans.
A booked date starts the second wait: the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs averages 18 to 21 calendar days per Schengen decision, VFS in Türkiye cites 25, and either can reach 45. Apply between six months and 15 days before travel; each VisaBot subscription lasts 30 days, with no auto-renewal.

Comprehensive route coverage across major countries and for most visa types.

Global presence across 50+ locations, making visa booking convenient anywhere.

Trusted payment processing with full encryption and buyer protection.

Dedicated customer service ready to help with any visa appointment questions.
Fingerprints are skipped for children under 12 and for anyone who gave them for a Schengen visa within 59 months. Turkish citizens working in Türkiye who come to provide services for up to three months in six need no visa if they can prove it at the border, and qualifying family of EU, EEA or Swiss citizens pay no visa fee.
VisaBot is operated by TREVOR PHILIPS LTD (company number 14986978, England and Wales) and is not affiliated with any government body, the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs or VFS Global.
Any of the eight VFS Global centres takes your Netherlands application if you live in Türkiye, Iraq or Syria: Ankara, Antalya, Bursa, Edirne, Gaziantep, Izmir, and Altunizade or Beyoglu in Istanbul. Choose one the whole group can reach; Altunizade allows the largest AutoBooking group.
Choose TURIZM VIZE BASVURUSU / TOURISM VISA APPLICATION for a holiday and AILE ARKADAS ZIYARETI VIZE BASVURU / FAMILY FRIEND VISIT for a family or friend visit. Spouses of Dutch citizens and family of EU citizens use SHORT TERM OTHER. VFS refuses a mismatched category and keeps its fee; support can switch yours.
Two routes stay open: the VFS Netherlands waitlist, which emails applicants by queue position, and watching the calendar. VisaBot does the watching for your city and category, alerting you or booking with AutoBooking. Another Schengen country's embassy is no fallback: per NetherlandsWorldwide, that application gets rejected.
The limit depends on the city: up to 25 applicants in Istanbul Altunizade, 5 in Ankara, Antalya, Gaziantep, Istanbul Beyoglu and Izmir, and 3 in Bursa and Edirne, each paid for. VFS books each person individually. One Notifications subscription covers the whole group.
Hand checks catch a date if you happen to be looking when it appears, and Netherlands dates in Türkiye come out at no set time. VisaBot scans the VFS calendar constantly and alerts you at once, or books with AutoBooking; the form, documents and centre visit stay yours.
Around three weeks on average: the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs averages 18 to 21 calendar days from receiving the passport and documents, VFS in Türkiye cites 25, and busy periods or extra checks can push it to 45. Book early: applications open six months before travel.
Notifications cost from ₺1000 a month, and one subscription covers every applicant on it. AutoBooking costs from ₺3200 per applicant; the final amount depends on the visa centre's fee.
Pick the trip's category and a reachable VFS Global city; VisaBot takes it from there.
