VisaBot is not affiliated with VFS Global, the Czech Embassy in Ankara or the Czech Consulate General in Istanbul, and the decision on a Czech visa rests with the consulate.
Czech visa appointments in Türkiye are made at five VFS Global centres, and where you live sets which you can use: Istanbul Harbiye, Istanbul Altunizade or Izmir for the Istanbul consular district, Ankara or Antalya elsewhere. VisaBot sends alerts on this route and you book the date yourself. The Czech embassy in Ankara or consulate in Istanbul decides the visa.

A centre in your consular district
Choose the VFS centre serving your province and the Czech category as VFS names it, such as TURIZM VIZE BASVURUSU / TOURISM VISA APPLICATION.
Repeated checks of that calendar
VisaBot keeps scanning that VFS Czech calendar, so you stop reloading the booking page.
Notification once a date shows
When a Czech date appears, the VisaBot app for iOS or Android sends a push notification; e-mail alerts can be added.
Booking in your own VFS account
Sign in to VFS Global, pick the date and book it for every traveller; VFS e-mails a confirmation to print.
VisaBot does not book Czech appointments from Türkiye and cannot create dates that VFS Global has not released.
Where you live decides the centre: the Czech Consulate General in Istanbul covers 18 western provinces, the Czech Embassy in Ankara the rest.
Hacıahmet Mahallesi, Kurtuluş Deresi Caddesi No:29 A, Beyoğlu; VFS lists it as Istanbul. European-side centre of the Istanbul district; nine Czech lines, EU family included.
Mahir İz Caddesi No:13 D:2, Altunizade, Üsküdar. Asian-side centre of the Istanbul district; eight Czech lines, without the EU family line.
Ege Perla AVM, Ozan Abay Caddesi No:8, Çınarlı, Konak. Istanbul district; the same nine Czech lines as Istanbul Harbiye.
Regnum Sky Tower, Muhsin Yazıcıoğlu Caddesi No:57/A, Çankaya. Ankara district; three Czech lines, urgent cases among them.
Doğu Garajı AVM, Cebesoy Caddesi No:75, Çaybaşı, Muratpaşa. Ankara district; the same three Czech lines as Ankara.
Not sure of your district? Bursa, Kocaeli, Edirne and Muğla, for example, belong to Istanbul; Adana, Konya and Trabzon belong to Ankara.
VisaBot alerts follow the category you select. Istanbul Harbiye and Izmir list nine Czech lines, Istanbul Altunizade eight, Ankara and Antalya three.

All travellers together
One Notifications subscription covers every applicant on your application, so a family needs a single subscription.
Waiting list: decide in advance
VFS may offer its Czech waiting list when no date shows; once enrolled, you cannot book another appointment by hand.
When the VFS code is late
If a VFS one-time code is late while you book, VFS advises waiting about 30 minutes instead of repeated logins.
A 30-day subscription
A Notifications subscription lasts 30 days and does not renew automatically.
Nobody can predict when VFS releases new Czech dates; VisaBot sees them as they appear, and the first alert may take several days.
VFS announced a waiting list for certain Czech categories in June 2026. With no date on screen, the system may offer free enrolment until the list is full; enrolled applicants get a VFS e-mail when a slot frees up and leave the list if they have not booked within 24 hours.
The appointment ends the first wait, not the second: the Czech embassy or consulate has 15 calendar days from accepting a file to decide, up to 45 in individual cases. EU rules let you lodge between six months and 15 days before travel.

Comprehensive route coverage across major countries and for most visa types.

Global presence across 50+ locations, making visa booking convenient anywhere.

Trusted payment processing with full encryption and buyer protection.

Dedicated customer service ready to help with any visa appointment questions.
In September 2026 VFS stated that Syrian nationals legally residing in Türkiye cannot submit Schengen applications in Türkiye for tourism, medical treatment or business travel, or to visit family or friends unless they are family members of EU citizens or direct relatives.
VisaBot is operated by TREVOR PHILIPS LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 14986978, and is not affiliated with VFS Global, the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs or any government body.
Your province of residence decides. The 18 provinces of the Istanbul consular district, such as Istanbul, Izmir, Bursa and Muğla, book VFS Global in Istanbul Harbiye, Istanbul Altunizade or Izmir. Everyone else, including Antalya, Konya and Trabzon residents, books VFS Global in Ankara or Antalya.
For a holiday without a Czech host, choose TURIZM VIZE BASVURUSU / TOURISM VISA APPLICATION, listed at all five centres. If your host has an official invitation form verified by the Czech Foreign Police, choose Invitation Letter Confirmed by Czech Foreign Police. VisaBot watches the category you select, and support can switch it.
Keep watching: VFS releases new Czech dates without a public schedule. VFS may offer its waiting list for certain categories, and VisaBot Notifications can watch your centre and category and send a push alert when a date appears, which can take several days.
Yes. One Notifications subscription covers all applicants on the same application, so a family travelling together needs a single subscription. After an alert, you book the date at VFS for each traveller, and every applicant attends the appointment in person.
While you are enrolled on the VFS Czech waiting list, VFS does not let you book a separate appointment by hand, and a slot it offers you must be booked within 24 hours. Leaving the list goes through VFS customer service, cannot be reversed and, for a group enrolment, removes everyone in it. Ask VisaBot support how your subscription fits the list before you enrol.
Czech dates appear without a schedule and slots are limited, so checking by hand means reloading the VFS page many times a day. VisaBot checks your centre and category and sends a push alert, so you can sign in and book straight away.
Notifications cost from ₺1000 a month, and one subscription covers every applicant on it.
Choose the VFS centre for your province, add everyone travelling and keep push notifications on.
