VisaBot works independently of VFS Global, BLS International and all embassies, books dates in the applicant's own name at the official centre and leaves the visa decision to the destination's consulate.
In Saudi Arabia, appointments for the 18 Schengen countries VisaBot covers are booked online with VFS Global, or with BLS International for Spain, and attended in Riyadh, Jeddah, the Eastern Province or a regional city. VisaBot watches those calendars, alerts you when a date opens and can book it in your name for the 17 VFS Global countries. The consulate of your destination decides on the visa.

Get instant email or push notifications when new appointments open up or get a slot auto-booked for you.

Pick city, country, category
Sign up on the VisaBot website or the iOS or Android app and pick one of 14 Saudi city options, a Schengen country and the centre's visa category.
VisaBot refreshes the calendar
VisaBot reloads the chosen VFS Global or BLS International calendar around the clock, so nobody refreshes the centre's site by hand.
Alert first, or a booked date
Notifications sends a push message, or an email if you add it, and you book the open date. AutoBooking books the date for your applicants on a VFS Global route.
The VisaBot booking form offers 14 Saudi city options and 18 Schengen countries. VFS Global handles 17 of the countries, each with AutoBooking; BLS International handles Spain, where VisaBot sends alerts but does not book.
All 18 countries in the form, and VisaBot offers Slovakia from Riyadh alone. Spain is at BLS International, the other 17 at VFS Global.
17 countries, Slovakia aside: 16 at VFS Global with AutoBooking, Spain at BLS International with alerts. France and Greece split some categories by nationality.
France, Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland, each with AutoBooking. For France, the VFS Global centre is in Lulu Mall, Dammam.
Belgium, Croatia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, the Netherlands and Portugal, each with AutoBooking. VFS Global's pages for Greece and Portugal call the Al Khobar location Dammam.
Madinah has France and Greece, Makkah has Greece, with AutoBooking on all three routes. France reaches Madinah through VFS Global's Visa at your doorstep service.
Greece in Najran and Jazan, France in Najran, all with AutoBooking. France's Jazan route is spelt Jizan in the form and runs as Visa at your doorstep.
In the form, France alone, with AutoBooking: short-stay and long-stay categories for Neom, Visa at your doorstep for Tabouk and North Border.
VisaBot follows Greece alone here, in its General category, with AutoBooking; Al Jouf and Al Qassim are on VFS Global's list of nine Greek centres in the Kingdom.
Centres add and withdraw categories from time to time, and the booking form reflects the current set for each city. From Saudi Arabia, VisaBot does not track Germany, Italy or any Schengen state beyond the 18 in its booking form.
Notifications and AutoBooking watch the same centre calendar and differ in who presses the booking button.
| Question | Notifications | AutoBooking |
|---|---|---|
| Who books the date | You, on the VFS Global or BLS site, once the push alert arrives; email copies are optional. | The bot, on the VFS Global site, under the names of the applicants you entered. |
| Countries from Saudi Arabia | All 18, Spain at BLS International included. | The 17 VFS Global countries, in each of their cities. |
| Best when | You can act on an alert quickly, or one plan should cover the whole group. | Work, shifts or travel keep you from acting on an alert at once. |
| What VisaBot needs | City, country and category; the booking itself happens in your own centre account. | Passport and personal data for each applicant, the exact category and, optionally, a date range. |
| People per subscription | A single subscription for every traveller on the application. | Charged per applicant, up to a set number of people per route, five on most Saudi routes. |
| Term and payment | 30 days; the subscription does not renew by itself. | 30 days without renewal; two payments, since every Saudi AutoBooking route runs through VFS Global. |
Match the centre's category
Enter every applicant and the category under VFS Global's own name, such as Saudi Nationals or Other Nationalities for France; a wrong pick can void the appointment.
Prepay per applicant
A first payment per applicant at sign-up, the rest after a booking; the app shows the breakdown for your route.
The bot takes a fitting date
The bot books a released date on the VFS Global site when it fits your group size and any date window you set.
Login codes reach VisaBot
VFS Global sends a one-time password at login; VisaBot receives it in its own system mailbox, so you are not woken up to pass codes on.
Pay the balance in 48 hours
After the booking, a link for the second payment arrives; if the balance stays unpaid for 48 hours, the appointment is cancelled automatically.
Turn up with your papers
Each applicant attends on the booked day, at the centre or on a Visa at your doorstep visit, with the documents on the consulate's checklist, and gives fingerprints unless exempt.
AutoBooking cannot create dates: without a fitting release nothing is booked, and a booked date is not swapped for a different one.
VisaBot has no advance knowledge of when a Saudi centre will release new dates, and releases are not daily. Expect several days before a first alert, and longer on popular routes. France's embassy in Riyadh notes that waits for appointments and decisions vary with the season and the place of application.
Getting a date is the first step, not the visa. Under EU rules the consulate normally decides within 15 calendar days, or up to 45 when it examines the file more closely. Spain's visa centre gives average processing of 10 to 15 working days for Saudi nationals and 12 to 15 for other nationalities.
Count back from the departure date. EU rules let you lodge an application from six months before the trip until 15 days before it, and a subscription started early gives a date more time to turn up.

Comprehensive route coverage across major countries and for most visa types.

Global presence across 50+ locations, making visa booking convenient anywhere.

Trusted payment processing with full encryption and buyer protection.

Dedicated customer service ready to help with any visa appointment questions.
France lets Saudi residents of any nationality apply at any of its three main VFS Global centres, in Riyadh, Jeddah or the Eastern Province, wherever they live; other countries set their own jurisdiction rules.
Family members of EU, EEA or Swiss citizens covered by EU free-movement rules may qualify for a free, faster procedure. Greece, Sweden, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Spain list separate categories for them in the form, and Greece may accept them directly at its consulate.
VisaBot is a trading name of TREVOR PHILIPS LTD, incorporated in England and Wales under company number 14986978 at Companies House.
On the VFS Global website for your destination: sign in, choose a Saudi centre and visa category, take an open date and print the confirmation letter. Spain works the same way on the BLS International site. When no date is open, VisaBot can watch that calendar and alert you, or book on VFS Global routes.
Bookable dates depend on how many appointments the consulate and the centre put out, and popular routes empty soon after each release. VFS Global itself calls its earliest-date indicator highly dynamic and not a guarantee. VisaBot keeps checking in your place; it knows no release pattern, so expect quiet days between dates.
The form uses both names for VFS Global's Eastern Province location: Dammam for France, Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland, Al Khobar for Belgium, Croatia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, the Netherlands and Portugal. France and Greece give one address, in Lulu Mall, Dammam. Pick the name listed for your destination.
The answer depends on the destination. Spain's centre wants Saudi residency covering the whole trip up to your return; Greece's VFS Global checklist asks for an iqama valid three months past the return date, plus a re-entry visa beyond it. Check your destination's own checklist before booking.
No. For Spain, VisaBot sends alerts for the BLS International centres in Riyadh and Jeddah but does not book. When a date opens, you take it on the BLS website, so have your account and applicant details ready. BLS accepts Saudi citizens and legal residents and needs a travel date at least 15 days after the appointment.
Often not, since several countries split categories by nationality. France uses Saudi Nationals and Other Nationalities in Riyadh and Dammam, with separate Saudi and non-Saudi short-stay lines in Jeddah; Greece divides GCC and Non-GCC appointments. For France, non-Saudi family members of Saudi citizens book Saudi Nationals, and domestic workers have their own category. VFS Global warns that the wrong category can block your submission.
Notifications, yes: a single subscription serves everyone on the application. AutoBooking is charged per applicant, with a route limit on group size: five on most Saudi routes, Greece included, more on some France, Austria, Norway and Switzerland routes, two for Austria in Dammam.
Notifications cost from 95 SAR a month, and one subscription covers every applicant on it. AutoBooking costs from 250 SAR per applicant; the final amount depends on the visa centre's fee.
Notifications are not refunded once alerts have started. For AutoBooking, the initial fee can be refunded if VisaBot has not booked an appointment for your destination and visa type within a reasonable time frame of no less than 14 calendar days from when your application becomes fully active; up to 10% may be kept to cover administrative costs. The charge paid after a successful booking is not refundable. Full terms: Refund Policy.
GreeceChoose city, country and category; alerts then reach your iOS or Android app, or the bot books on VFS Global routes.
