VisaBot works independently of VFS Global and of Sweden's embassies; Sweden visa decisions are made by the Regional Migration Hub in Amman.
A Sweden visa appointment in Saudi Arabia is a date at VFS Global in Dammam, Jeddah or Riyadh. VisaBot watches the calendar for your city and category, then alerts you or, with AutoBooking, books one date for up to five applicants. The Regional Migration Hub at the Embassy of Sweden in Amman decides the visa.

Get instant email or push notifications when new appointments open up or get a slot auto-booked for you.

Both Notifications and AutoBooking run in all three cities for every Sweden category.
Choose a city and a category
Pick Dammam, Jeddah or Riyadh and the VFS category for your trip; the bot then scans that calendar constantly.
Notifications: you take the date
A push in the VisaBot app, email optional, reports a new Sweden date; you book it yourself on the VFS Global site.
AutoBooking: one date for the group
The bot books through VFS Global in each applicant's own name, up to five people, within your dates if you set a range.
Payment in two parts
A prepayment per applicant at sign-up covers the centre's booking fee; the rest is due within 48 hours of the payment link, or the date is cancelled.
The bot books from dates VFS Global has released; it cannot add dates, swap a booked one or hurry a file in Amman.
The Embassy of Sweden sends short-stay applicants to VFS Global; its honorary consulate in Jeddah handles emergency passports, not visas.
Lulu Mall, first floor, 6929 Eighteenth Street, Al Adhamah District, serving the Eastern Province, with fingerprints and photos taken on site.
TasHeel Commercial Plaza, ground floor, Suwaid Bin Sakher Street, Al Mohammadiyah District 1; Sweden files and biometrics are taken by appointment.
2591 Makkah Road, Al Hada, next to the Courtyard Marriott and facing Gate 2 of the Diplomatic Quarter; applicants attend in person.
Choose the centre every applicant can reach on the day; VFS Global suggests that families book the same day.
Each Sweden trip purpose has its own VFS category and checklist; the VisaBot form shows six categories in Dammam, five in Jeddah and Riyadh.

AutoBooking accepts a date range on every Sweden route in Saudi Arabia, at extra charge; end it more than a month before your flight.
Every traveller from the start
AutoBooking takes up to five applicants, charged per person, and seeks a date for all; one Notifications plan covers the whole application.
Forms ready before the date
Keep the signed application form, appendix 239011 and the VFS checklist papers ready, since AutoBooking may book the first date that fits.
AutoBooking sign-in codes
With AutoBooking, the code VFS Global sends at login goes to VisaBot's mailbox. To sign in to VFS yourself, warn support first; the code lasts 3β5 minutes.
VisaBot cannot know in advance when VFS Global will release Sweden dates in Saudi Arabia: there is no known pattern, and a first alert can take several days. An appointment is not yet a visa.
After the appointment, VFS Global sends the file to the Regional Migration Hub in Amman, which takes 15 working days from arrival; with transfers both ways, the Embassy of Sweden counts at least 25 to 30 days from lodging to collecting the passport.
Schengen rules allow lodging between six months and 15 days before travel, and VFS Global adds that Amman must receive the file at least 15 days before entry, so a late appointment can miss the trip.

Comprehensive route coverage across major countries and for most visa types.

Global presence across 50+ locations, making visa booking convenient anywhere.

Trusted payment processing with full encryption and buyer protection.

Dedicated customer service ready to help with any visa appointment questions.
Sweden waives the visa fee for family members of EU or EEA citizens using free-movement rights, for students on study trips and for researchers.
VisaBot is a service of TREVOR PHILIPS LTD, a company incorporated in England and Wales, Companies House number 14986978.
Use the centre every applicant can reach on the day, since Sweden files from all three go to the Embassy of Sweden in Amman. VisaBot covers VFS Global in Saudi Arabia with AutoBooking in Dammam, Jeddah and Riyadh, for every Sweden category in each city.
Book Visiting Family and Friends for a stay with relatives or friends, Business for meetings or trade fairs, Tourist for holidays and SPORTS AND CULTURAL VISIT for invited sports, arts or religious events. EU Family Members suits relatives of an EU or EEA citizen using free-movement rights; VisaBot support can switch the category later.
Let a subscription watch your exact centre and category: Sweden dates at VFS Global follow no known pattern, so an empty calendar says little about tomorrow. VisaBot pushes an alert when a date opens, and AutoBooking tries to book one inside your range for every applicant. No service can book dates VFS Global has not released.
Yes. AutoBooking on every Sweden route in Saudi Arabia takes up to five applicants per subscription, charged per person, and books each in their own name on one date that suits the group, as VFS Global suggests for families. A single Notifications subscription covers all travellers.
VisaBot keeps looking when you cannot: Sweden dates at VFS Global follow no known pattern, and a manual refresh catches them just while you watch. The bot scans your centre and category constantly and sends a push when a date opens; AutoBooking also books it in each applicant's name.
No. Short-stay visa applicants lodge at VFS Global in Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam, and the hub at the Embassy of Sweden in Amman decides. Sweden's honorary consulate in Jeddah deals with emergency passports rather than visas, and Embassy interviews are for residence permit applicants called by the Swedish Migration Agency.
Start once your trip dates are fixed, up to six months ahead: the Embassy of Sweden counts at least 25 to 30 days from lodging at VFS Global to collecting the passport. With VisaBot AutoBooking, end the date range more than a month before departure.
Notifications cost from 95 SAR a month, and one subscription covers every applicant on it. AutoBooking costs from 250 SAR per applicant; the final amount depends on the visa centre's fee.
