VisaBot is independent of VFS Global and the Embassy of the Netherlands in Riyadh; approving or refusing a visa rests with the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
From Saudi Arabia, the Netherlands has three booking lines at VFS Global in Riyadh, Jeddah and Al Khobar: Schengen short stay and two Caribbean lines for Aruba, Curaçao and the other Dutch islands. VisaBot watches your line, then alerts you or, with AutoBooking, books one date for up to five applicants. The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs decides every visa.

Notifications and AutoBooking cover every Netherlands centre and line VisaBot offers in the Kingdom.
A centre and a line
Pick Riyadh, Jeddah or Al Khobar and the Schengen or Caribbean line for your trip; the subscription follows that VFS Global calendar.
Notifications: you book
A push alert in the VisaBot app, e-mail optional, arrives when a Netherlands date opens; you then claim it yourself in VFS Global's online system.
AutoBooking: up to five people
The bot secures a date that suits the group, up to five applicants, each under their own name and inside the date range you set.
Paid in two stages
A prepayment per applicant at sign-up covers the centre's booking fee; the remainder is due once the date is booked.
VisaBot sees the same Netherlands calendar as any applicant: unreleased dates cannot be caught, and a booked date cannot be swapped.
NetherlandsWorldwide takes Netherlands applications at VFS Global from people living in Saudi Arabia, Caribbean visas included.
2591 Makkah Road, Al Hada, next to the Courtyard Marriott and facing Diplomatic Quarter Gate 2. All three Netherlands lines.
Ground floor of TasHeel Commercial Plaza, Suwaid Bin Sakher Street, Al Mohammadiyah District 1. All three Netherlands lines.
VFS Global names this Eastern Province centre Dammam: first floor of Lulu Mall Dammam, Al Adhamah District. Choose Al Khobar for it in the VisaBot form.
Saudi Aramco Government Services Complex, Dhahran North, reserved for Aramco employees, retirees and dependants; not in the VisaBot form.
Choose the centre you can reach on the day: after a missed VFS Global appointment, a new one can be booked 24 hours later at the earliest.
Netherlands lines in Saudi Arabia follow the destination, not the passport, and VFS Global staff may not recommend one.
Schengen short stayCaribbean Short StayCaribbean Long StayIqama valid long enough
Dutch checklists want proof of residence valid three months beyond your exit from Schengen; renew the iqama first if needed.
A date range you can keep
AutoBooking can stay inside your dates on every Netherlands route here, for an extra charge. Schengen files go in from six months to 15 days before travel.
Every traveller added
List up to five applicants. NetherlandsWorldwide wants a separate appointment for each person, and children under 12 still attend in person.
Fingerprints on record
From age 12, applicants fingerprinted for a Schengen visa in the last 59 months may authorise someone else to hand in their file.
Login codes stay with VisaBot
VFS Global's one-time code reaches VisaBot's system mailbox. Signing in to VFS yourself? Support passes the code on; it lasts 3–5 minutes.
Nobody, VisaBot included, knows in advance when VFS Global adds Netherlands dates in Riyadh, Jeddah or Al Khobar: releases follow no known pattern and skip days, so the first alert can take several days.
A booked appointment is not a visa. Schengen files then average 18 to 21 calendar days at the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Caribbean files 15, and can take up to 45 when extra checks or documents are needed.
Schengen applications go in from six months to 15 calendar days before departure, Caribbean ones from three months ahead. Starting the date search early in that window leaves room for both stages.

Comprehensive route coverage across major countries and for most visa types.

Global presence across 50+ locations, making visa booking convenient anywhere.

Trusted payment processing with full encryption and buyer protection.

Dedicated customer service ready to help with any visa appointment questions.
Relatives of EU, EEA, Swiss or Dutch nationals may use visa facilitation with no visa fee, though a service fee can still apply.
VisaBot is operated by TREVOR PHILIPS LTD, a company incorporated in England and Wales, Companies House number 14986978.
Any of the three, if you live in Saudi Arabia: VFS Global takes Netherlands applications in Riyadh, Jeddah and Al Khobar, listed by VFS as its Dammam centre in Lulu Mall. NetherlandsWorldwide does not split the Kingdom into regions, so pick the centre you can reach. A centre in Dhahran serves Aramco staff and dependants.
Choose by destination rather than passport. Schengen short stay covers up to 90 days in the European Netherlands for tourism, business or family. Caribbean Short Stay is for Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Saba, St Eustatius and St Maarten; Caribbean Long Stay is for collecting a residence permit there. VFS Global staff cannot advise on the category.
Hand the checking to a subscription for your centre and line. Netherlands releases at VFS Global follow no predictable schedule, and AutoBooking can book a fitting date while the public page shows nothing. Trying another Schengen country instead fails when the Netherlands is your main destination: NetherlandsWorldwide says such an application is rejected.
AutoBooking takes up to five applicants per subscription on every Netherlands route in Saudi Arabia, charged per applicant. NetherlandsWorldwide requires a separate appointment for each traveller, so the bot books each person under their own name on a date that suits the group. One Notifications subscription covers all travellers.
Checking by hand works while you are looking, and a Netherlands date can go between two visits. VisaBot scans the VFS Global calendar for your centre and line around the clock and alerts you once a date appears. With AutoBooking, a date released at night is booked without waiting for you.
Yes. VisaBot offers Caribbean Short Stay and Caribbean Long Stay for VFS Global in Riyadh, Jeddah and Al Khobar, with Notifications and AutoBooking. A short-stay Caribbean visa can be requested up to three months before travel. Holders of a valid multiple-entry Schengen visa can visit the Dutch Caribbean without one.
Usually not. NetherlandsWorldwide sends Schengen and short-stay Caribbean visa appointments in Saudi Arabia to VFS Global. The Embassy of the Netherlands in Riyadh handles diplomatic passports and residence matters such as the MVV visa sticker. VisaBot follows the VFS Global calendars, not the embassy's booking system.
Notifications cost from 95 SAR a month, and one subscription covers every applicant on it. AutoBooking costs from 250 SAR per applicant; the final amount depends on the visa centre's fee.
Set the centre, the Schengen or Caribbean line and every traveller in the app.
