VisaBot works independently of VFS Global, the French Embassy and the Consulate General in Jeddah; French consular officers alone decide each visa.
France visa appointments in Saudi Arabia go through VFS Global, with centres in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam; VisaBot also lists Visa At Your Doorstep bookings in Madinah, Tabouk, Jizan and North Border, plus Najran and Neom. The bot tracks your city and passport category, then alerts you or, with AutoBooking, books each applicant. French consular officers in Riyadh or Jeddah decide the visa.

Notifications and AutoBooking cover every France city and category VisaBot lists in Saudi Arabia, each with an optional date range.
City and passport label first
Choose Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam or a regional city and the category for your passport; the bot then checks that single France calendar.
Notifications: you book it
The VisaBot app pushes an alert, email optional, the moment a France date appears; you book it yourself on the VFS site.
AutoBooking: the bot books it
The bot books a date that suits every applicant, each in their own name. A per-applicant prepayment pays the VFS booking fee; the balance is due after booking.
VisaBot reads the same France calendar as any applicant: unreleased dates cannot be caught, and a booked one cannot be swapped.
France-Visas lets any resident of Saudi Arabia, whatever the nationality, lodge at the VFS centre of their choice in Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam.
2591 Al Hada District, beside the Courtyard Marriott Hotel. Saudi National, Other Nationality, Long Stay-D and doorstep lines.
TasHeel Commercial Plaza, ground floor, Suwaid Bin Sakher Street, Al Mohammadiyah District 1. Longest France category list; up to 10 applicants.
First floor, Lulu Mall, Al Adhamah District (Al Khobar on France-Visas). Files lodged here go to the Embassy in Riyadh.
Here VisaBot lists Visa At Your Doorstep: VFS Global takes the France application at your home, office or another address.
Short Stay-C, plus Long Stay-D in Neom. VFS Global's France pages list no centre in either city: ask support where you would attend.
Choose by travel time, not home address: each subscription watches a single city, and booked France dates stay fixed.
VFS Global splits France bookings by passport and purpose, with other names in Jeddah. A wrong-category appointment may be refused at the door.

Dates you can attend
Every France route in Saudi Arabia lets AutoBooking keep to your date range, for an extra charge; without one, the first fitting date is booked.
Everyone in one booking
AutoBooking takes up to 10 applicants in Jeddah, 8 in Riyadh and Dammam and 5 elsewhere, charged per person: France needs an appointment for each.
Login codes stay with VisaBot
The VFS login code lands in VisaBot's system mailbox. Signing in to VFS yourself? Support passes the code on; it expires within 3β5 minutes.
VisaBot cannot know in advance when VFS Global adds France dates in the Kingdom: releases follow no known pattern and skip days, so the first alert may take days.
A booked appointment is not a visa. EU rules give 15 days for a decision, extendable to 45. France-Visas asks Saudi residents to lodge short-stay files at least seven days before departure, 15 for some nationalities.
VFS Global warns that appointment and processing times grow with the season and place of lodging; files can go in up to six months ahead.

Comprehensive route coverage across major countries and for most visa types.

Global presence across 50+ locations, making visa booking convenient anywhere.

Trusted payment processing with full encryption and buyer protection.

Dedicated customer service ready to help with any visa appointment questions.
Applicants who skip VFS Global can lodge at the visa section of the Embassy or the Consulate General.
Since 3 August 2026, every France applicant at the Riyadh and Dammam centres has to book online before visiting.
Operated by TREVOR PHILIPS LTD, incorporated in England and Wales, Companies House no. 14986978; VisaBot is an independent service.
Pick the centre you can reach on the day: any Saudi resident may lodge in Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam, whatever their nationality or home city. Jeddah has the most France categories; Dammam files go to the Embassy in Riyadh. Elsewhere, VisaBot lists doorstep bookings in four regional cities.
Expat residents book Other Nationality in Riyadh or Dammam and Short Stay Visa For Non-Saudi in Jeddah. Saudi citizens use Saudi National, which also covers their family, or Short Stay Visa For Saudi in Jeddah. Domestic workers have their own category, Housemaid in Jeddah. Support can switch a wrongly chosen category.
Leave the checking to a subscription for your exact city and category. France releases at VFS Global follow no predictable schedule, so an empty calendar is no forecast. AutoBooking books a fitting date even while the public page shows nothing, but nobody can book dates VFS Global does not release.
AutoBooking takes up to 10 applicants in Jeddah, 8 in Riyadh and Dammam and 5 in other cities. France needs an appointment for each applicant, so the bot books everyone in their own name on one suitable date, charging per person. One Notifications subscription covers all travellers.
Refreshing by hand works while you watch, and a France date can go between checks. VisaBot scans the same public VFS calendar constantly for your city and category, without special access, and alerts you once a date shows up. With AutoBooking, a date released at night still gets booked.
Yes. In Madinah, Tabouk, Jizan and North Border, VisaBot lists the France doorstep categories, short and long term, with AutoBooking for up to five applicants. VFS Global then takes the application at an address you choose; VFS says the option does not shorten processing or change the decision.
Yes, plan on it. VFS Global asks France applicants to start on France-Visas and return with the reference number, and the printed form and receipt are checked at the appointment. With the form ready, a date caught by AutoBooking is usable at once; VisaBot covers the VFS side.
Notifications cost from 95 SAR a month, and one subscription covers every applicant on it. AutoBooking costs from 250 SAR per applicant; the final amount depends on the visa centre's fee.
Pick your destination: each page explains where to apply from Saudi Arabia and what VisaBot can and cannot do on that route.
