VisaBot is independent of VFS Global and the Dutch embassy, and the visa decision belongs to the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs alone.
Netherlands visa appointments in India are booked online with VFS Global, whose Dutch centres run from New Delhi and Mumbai to Cochin. VisaBot offers Notifications, an alert when VFS releases a date, and AutoBooking, which books it in your name. The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs decides the visa.

Relax while VisaBot monitors visa centre website for new appointments
Enjoy your fast and stress-free appointment
I took the automatic booking service, within a month I got my appointment booked and it saved me from a lot of stress. Would definitely recommend this service if someone is struggling to get their Schengen visa appointments in VFS.
Get instant email or push notifications when new appointments open up or get a slot auto-booked for you.

AutoBooking is open on every line in every city VisaBot lists for the Netherlands in India.
Pick a city and a booking line
Each subscription follows one VFS Global centre and one line, such as Schengen short stay in Pune.
The calendar is rechecked nonstop
VisaBot keeps scanning the VFS Netherlands calendar for that centre, even while you sleep.
Notifications: you take the slot
A push alert, with e-mail as an option, says a Dutch date has opened; you book it on VFS yourself.
AutoBooking: the bot takes it
The bot books a date inside your range for up to five applicants, in their own names, through VFS Global.
Two payments on a VFS route
A prepayment per applicant covers the centre's booking fee; the balance is due once a date is booked.
VisaBot stops at the appointment: the online form, documents, fingerprints and the decision stay with you, VFS and the Dutch ministry.
Residents of India, Afghanistan and Bhutan may use any Dutch VFS centre in India; the centre you book is where you submit and give fingerprints.

In the VisaBot form, but missing from the VFS Global and NetherlandsWorldwide lists of Dutch centres. Confirm it with VFS before subscribing.
Pick a centre you can reach on the day: each applicant, children included, normally attends, and a missed VFS slot cannot be rebooked for 24 hours.
One Schengen line covers short trips; two more serve Aruba, Curaçao, St Maarten and the other Caribbean islands.
Schengen short stayCaribbean short stayCaribbean long-stayConfirm the Netherlands is yours
Apply here when the Netherlands is your main purpose, longest stay, or first entry if stays are equal.
Fill in the Dutch online form
Each applicant completes the form online to get a uniquely coded copy; finish it before a date arrives.
Set a date range that works
Schengen files open 6 months before travel and close 15 calendar days before; Caribbean short stays open at 3 months.
List every traveller
AutoBooking takes up to five applicants here; enter names and passport numbers exactly as printed.
Stay reachable for the code
The VFS one-time code reaches VisaBot's mailbox; signing in yourself? Ask support first, as it lasts 3 to 5 minutes.
VFS Global releases Netherlands dates in India on no published timetable, and VisaBot cannot know the next release in advance. Dates do not appear daily, so a first alert can take several days.
A tight date range or a group of five leaves fewer dates that fit, and AutoBooking skips dates that do not match. NetherlandsWorldwide warns that applying through another Schengen country instead ends in rejection, so keep watching the Dutch calendar.
The appointment starts a second clock. NetherlandsWorldwide gives an average of 18 to 21 calendar days for a Schengen decision and 15 for Caribbean visas, up to 45 days in some cases, from when the ministry receives your file and passport.
If AutoBooking lands a date you cannot use, you may leave it unpaid, but the bot will not swap it; a new date needs a new subscription.

Comprehensive route coverage across major countries and for most visa types.

Global presence across 50+ locations, making visa booking convenient anywhere.

Trusted payment processing with full encryption and buyer protection.

Dedicated customer service ready to help with any visa appointment questions.
Family members of EU, EEA or Swiss nationals travelling with or to that relative may get free visa facilitation; they say so when booking.
TREVOR PHILIPS LTD (Companies House no. 14986978, England and Wales) operates VisaBot, which has no affiliation with VFS Global, BLS International, TLScontact or any embassy, consulate or government body.
Choose the VFS Global centre you can reach on the appointment day, since applicants normally attend in person. NetherlandsWorldwide lists Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cochin, Hyderabad, Jalandhar, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Pune and New Delhi. VisaBot also shows Bhubaneswar, which neither official list includes, so confirm it with VFS first.
Book Schengen short stay for Amsterdam or anywhere in the Schengen area for up to 90 days, for tourism, business or family. Caribbean short stay is for Aruba, Curaçao, St Maarten and the other islands; Caribbean long-stay is for collecting a residence permit there. VFS refuses files under the wrong category.
Keep your Dutch centre and category watched instead of switching to another Schengen country, which NetherlandsWorldwide says leads to rejection. VFS Global releases dates without a published schedule, so nobody can predict the next batch. Notifications alerts you when a date opens, and AutoBooking can book one in your name.
One Notifications subscription covers every traveller on the application. AutoBooking on this route takes up to five applicants and looks for a date with room for all of them, which can take longer than for one person. Each traveller still gets a separate VFS appointment in their own name.
Refreshing helps while you sit at the screen, but Dutch dates in India can appear and go at any hour. VisaBot keeps checking your centre and category and reacts when a date is released. NetherlandsWorldwide recommends booking yourself rather than through an intermediary; with Notifications, that last step stays with you.
Often not. NetherlandsWorldwide says Indian nationals with a valid multiple-entry visa for the United States or Canada, not an ESTA, need no visa for the Caribbean parts of the Kingdom. Multiple-entry Schengen, UK or Ireland visa holders are exempt too, so check before booking a Caribbean slot.
Notifications cost from ₹1999 a month, and one subscription covers every applicant on it. AutoBooking costs from ₹5499 per applicant; the final amount depends on the visa centre's fee.
