VisaBot is an independent tool, not part of VFS Global, the Embassy of France or any French consulate; the French visa authorities alone grant or refuse your visa.
VFS Global takes every France visa application in India, at 14 permanent centres and four temporary service points from New Delhi and Mumbai to Bangalore and Chennai. VisaBot checks the France calendar for your city and category: Notifications alerts you to a new date, AutoBooking books it in the applicants’ names. The Embassy of France or a French consulate decides the visa.

Relax while VisaBot monitors visa centre website for new appointments
Enjoy your fast and stress-free appointment
I took the automatic booking service, within a month I got my appointment booked and it saved me from a lot of stress. Would definitely recommend this service if someone is struggling to get their Schengen visa appointments in VFS.
Get instant email or push notifications when new appointments open up or get a slot auto-booked for you.

Your centre, your category
Pick a VFS city in India and the category as that centre names it; VisaBot checks that calendar around the clock.
Notifications: you take the date
A push alert, plus optional email, arrives when a France date opens; you then book it at VFS yourself.
AutoBooking: up to five people
The bot books in the applicants’ names once a date fits everyone and any range you set.
Nothing to scan at booking
VFS asks for no photo upload, selfie or liveness check here, and login codes reach a VisaBot mailbox, so the bot books without you.
VisaBot works with the dates VFS Global releases: it cannot add slots, skip the queue or sway the consulate.
France-Visas lets residents of India apply at any VFS centre, where they hand in the file and give fingerprints. Temporary points are absent from the France-Visas form, so VFS asks applicants to enter a permanent centre’s city there.

A VisaBot subscription follows one category name. Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata area centres split short trips into Tourist, Business and more; the south uses broader entries.

VFS books France appointments against the France-Visas reference number, so complete that form first.
Names exactly as in the passport
France-Visas treats the passport number as the unique reference, so copy names and numbers exactly as printed.
Everyone travelling, up to five
Notifications covers all travellers in one subscription; AutoBooking takes up to five, charged per applicant.
A range that leaves time to decide
End your range about 15 days before you fly, the consulate’s usual decision time; setting a range adds to the prepayment.
Two payments on a VFS route
A prepayment per applicant covers the centre’s booking fee; the balance is due once a date is booked.
Login codes stay with VisaBot
VFS one-time codes reach a VisaBot mailbox; for your own login, support sends one, valid 3–5 minutes.
VFS Global allocates appointments on government instructions, first come, first served, with no published release timetable. VisaBot cannot predict releases either, and new dates do not open daily, so a first alert or booking can take several days.
France-Visas says waits vary with applicant numbers and the season; a wider range and a larger centre give AutoBooking more dates that fit your group.
An appointment is not a visa: under EU rules a short-stay decision normally takes 15 days, or up to 45 when more checks are needed. Indian passport holders born in India may file a short-stay application until 5 days before departure, and no earlier than six months ahead.

Comprehensive route coverage across major countries and for most visa types.

Trusted payment processing with full encryption and buyer protection.

Dedicated customer service ready to help with any visa appointment questions.
Family members of EU or EEA citizens covered by free-movement rules may get a free, faster procedure.

Yes. France-Visas lets anyone residing in India apply at the VFS France centre of their choice. Pick one you can reach on any day of your date range, and check your category exists there: Bangalore lists three options, New Delhi dozens.
Southern centres name it differently. Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Cochin and Puducherry fold holidays and family visits into Short Stay- Tourism/Visiting Family and Friends/Any other short stay. Tourist, with Visiting Family and Friends beside it, appears at New Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata and similar centres.
Waiting can work, as long as something watches the calendar for you. VFS Global releases France dates for India without a published schedule. VisaBot checks continuously and alerts you or, on AutoBooking, books the date. Nobody can promise a date, VisaBot included.
Yes, up to five applicants on one AutoBooking subscription for India to France routes, charged per applicant; the bot skips dates without room for everyone. Notifications covers all travellers in one subscription. Children under 12 give no fingerprints, and a parent submits their application.
Because VisaBot keeps checking when you cannot: continuously, for your chosen city and category, reacting the moment a France date appears. With Notifications you book it yourself; with AutoBooking the bot books in your name. The dates are the ones VFS publishes for everyone.
Notifications cost from ₹1999 a month, and one subscription covers every applicant on it. AutoBooking costs from ₹5499 per applicant; the final amount depends on the visa centre's fee.
Under EU rules a short-stay application is normally decided within 15 days, or up to 45 when the consulate needs more checks. The Embassy of France or a French consulate decides; neither VFS Global nor VisaBot can speed it up.
