VisaBot is independent of VFS Global, BLS International and every embassy. Bookings are made in your name at the official centre, and the visa decision rests solely with the destination country's authorities.
For the eight Schengen countries VisaBot covers, appointments in Pakistan are booked at visa centres in Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore: VFS Global serves Austria, Denmark, Hungary, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden (Islamabad) and Switzerland, and BLS International serves Spain. VisaBot watches these booking calendars, sends an alert when a date opens and can auto-book the VFS Global countries. The destination country decides on the visa.

Visabot really helped me a lot for booking appointment, as whenever I opened website no slot found but than from there service I get notifications and I book appointment for myself.
Get instant email or push notifications when new appointments open up or get a slot auto-booked for you.

Choose a centre and a country
Subscribe on the website or in the iOS or Android app: pick Islamabad, Karachi or Lahore, the destination and the visa category as the centre lists it.
VisaBot scans the calendar
The bot keeps checking the VFS Global or BLS International booking site for your route, so the calendar is watched even while you work or sleep.
An alert or a booked date
Notifications sends a push alert, with email as an option, and you book. AutoBooking on a VFS Global route books the date for every applicant on the subscription.
VisaBot follows eight Schengen countries from Pakistan: Spain at BLS International, the other seven at VFS Global. Islamabad has all eight; Karachi and Lahore have all but Sweden.
All eight countries. AutoBooking for Austria, Denmark, Hungary, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland at VFS Global; Notifications for Spain at BLS International.
Seven countries. AutoBooking for Austria, Denmark, Hungary, the Netherlands, Norway and Switzerland at VFS Global; Notifications for Spain. Applications for Sweden are taken in Islamabad.
Seven countries. VFS Global routes with AutoBooking: Austria, Denmark, Hungary, the Netherlands, Norway, Switzerland. Spain at BLS International comes with Notifications; Sweden is in Islamabad.
Coverage changes when centres add or drop categories; the booking form shows the current list. Germany, Italy, France, Portugal and other Schengen countries are not offered from Pakistan.
Both plans watch the same calendar; they differ in who books the date and in where AutoBooking is offered.
| Compare | Notifications | AutoBooking |
|---|---|---|
| What it does | A push alert in the app when a date opens, email optional; you book it on the centre's website. | The bot books a suitable date on the VFS Global website in the applicants' names. |
| Countries from Pakistan | All eight, including Spain at BLS International, which has no AutoBooking. | Austria, Denmark, Hungary, the Netherlands, Norway and Switzerland in all three cities, Sweden in Islamabad; all VFS Global. |
| Suits you if | You can open the centre's site within minutes of an alert and want one plan for the group. | You cannot react to an alert at once, for example during work or travel. |
| What you provide | City, country and visa category; you book with your own account when the alert arrives. | Passport and personal details of each applicant, the category and, optionally, a date range at extra cost. |
| Applicants per plan | One subscription covers every traveller on the application. | Up to five for Austria, Hungary, the Netherlands and Switzerland; one for Denmark, Norway and Sweden. Priced per applicant. |
| Term | 30 days, with no automatic renewal. | 30 days, no automatic renewal; paid in two stages on VFS Global routes. |
VisaBot's AutoBooking for Hungary takes up to five applicants, so the whole family fits into a single subscription, priced per applicant.
Spain has Notifications but no AutoBooking. Keep your booking-site account and applicant details ready, and book as soon as the alert arrives.
Sweden takes Schengen applications from Pakistan in Islamabad, so VisaBot follows the VFS Global centre there. AutoBooking for Sweden covers one applicant per subscription.
Add every applicant
Enter passport and personal details for each traveller and choose the category exactly as VFS Global names it. Missing or wrong details pause the booking.
Pay the first stage
On VFS Global routes you prepay for each applicant when subscribing; the rest is due once a date is booked. The app shows the price breakdown for your route.
The bot books a fitting date
When a released date fits the number of applicants and any date range you set, the bot books it on the VFS Global website for the whole group.
Login codes go to VisaBot
The one-time code VFS Global sends at login arrives in VisaBot's system mailbox, so nothing needs forwarding while the bot works.
Settle within 48 hours
After the booking you receive a payment link for the second stage. If it is not paid within 48 hours, the appointment is cancelled automatically.
Go to the centre in person
On the booked day each applicant attends the VFS Global centre in person with the documents on the embassy's checklist; fingerprints are taken unless an exemption applies.
AutoBooking is no guarantee of a date: if the centre releases nothing that fits your group or date range, nothing is booked, and each subscription books one date.
VisaBot cannot predict when a centre in Pakistan will release new dates, and on many routes fresh dates do not appear every day. A first alert can take several days, and popular routes take longer because many applicants compete for few dates. Denmark's foreign ministry warns that getting an appointment can sometimes take several weeks.
A booked date starts the visa process; it does not end it. Under the Schengen rules the consulate decides within 15 calendar days, a period that can be extended to 45 when further checks are needed. Applications for Norway travel from VFS Global in Pakistan to the visa hub in Abu Dhabi, a transfer the embassy says can take 7 to 10 days.
Norway recommends handing in at VFS Global at least four weeks before departure, and every Schengen application has to be lodged no later than 15 days before the trip. Starting the subscription early leaves room for a date to appear before that deadline.

Comprehensive route coverage across major countries and for most visa types.

Global presence across 50+ locations, making visa booking convenient anywhere.

Trusted payment processing with full encryption and buyer protection.

Dedicated customer service ready to help with any visa appointment questions.
Booking whichever country happens to have free dates does not override the main-destination rule: the Netherlands warns that such an application will be rejected. Family members of EU, EEA or Swiss citizens apply under simplified rules, usually without a visa fee; Spain and Switzerland let them apply directly at the embassy, and Hungary takes these applications at the embassy rather than the visa centre.
VisaBot is operated by TREVOR PHILIPS LTD, a company incorporated in England and Wales, company number 14986978 at Companies House.
For the eight countries VisaBot covers, you book online with the operator of your destination's visa centre: VFS Global for Austria, Denmark, Hungary, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland, BLS International for Spain. The centres are in Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore, and Sweden takes applications in Islamabad. When the calendar shows no free dates, VisaBot can watch it and alert you, or auto-book on VFS Global routes.
VFS Global releases appointments as the governments it serves direct and gives them out on a first-come, first-served basis, so free dates go quickly and the calendar often looks empty. VisaBot scans the VFS Global calendar continuously and reacts when a new date appears. VisaBot knows of no fixed pattern for these releases, and several quiet days in a row are normal.
No, the application belongs with the consulate of your main destination, set by the purpose or length of your stay, or by the country of first entry when stays are equal. The Netherlands states that an application lodged with the wrong country will be rejected, and Spain's visa centre requires Spain to be the main destination. Choose your VisaBot route by your real itinerary.
No, for Spain VisaBot offers Notifications in Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore, but not AutoBooking. When a Spain date opens, you get an alert and book it yourself on the Spain visa centre's booking site, which carries the Intiana name in Pakistan, so keep the applicant details ready. AutoBooking in Pakistan covers the seven VFS Global countries.
Yes for Notifications: one subscription covers every traveller on the application. AutoBooking is priced per applicant, and the number of people per subscription depends on the country: up to five for Austria, Hungary, the Netherlands and Switzerland, and one for Denmark, Norway and Sweden. A family travelling to Denmark, Norway or Sweden can use Notifications instead.
No. VisaBot does not sell, resell or hold appointments, and it is not affiliated with VFS Global, BLS International or any embassy. The subscription pays for watching the calendar and, with AutoBooking, for booking a released date through the official website in the applicants' own names. The visa decision rests with the destination country's authorities.
The one-time password VFS Global sends at login goes to VisaBot's system email, so you do not need to forward codes while the bot works. If you want to log in to the VFS Global website yourself, tell VisaBot support first and they will give you the code, which stays valid for three to five minutes after the login attempt.
Notifications cost from Rs 5,500 a month, and one subscription covers every applicant on it. AutoBooking costs from Rs 17,000 per applicant; the final amount depends on the visa centre's fee.
Notifications are not refunded once alerts have started. For AutoBooking, the initial fee can be refunded if VisaBot has not booked an appointment for your destination and visa type within a reasonable time frame of no less than 14 calendar days from when your application becomes fully active; up to 10% may be kept to cover administrative costs. The charge paid after a successful booking is not refundable. Full terms: Refund Policy.
