VisaBot is an independent tool with no tie to VFS Global or the Dutch embassy in Islamabad; Netherlands visas are granted or refused by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs alone.
Three VFS Global centres (Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore) take Netherlands Schengen visa applications from people living in Pakistan or Afghanistan. VisaBot checks the Netherlands calendar for your city and category: Notifications alerts you to a new date, and AutoBooking books it in the applicants’ names. The visa decision belongs to the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Visabot really helped me a lot for booking appointment, as whenever I opened website no slot found but than from there service I get notifications and I book appointment for myself.
Get instant email or push notifications when new appointments open up or get a slot auto-booked for you.

Both VisaBot plans cover every Netherlands booking category in Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore.
A city, a category, constant checks
Pick Islamabad, Karachi or Lahore and the category of your main purpose; the bot then checks that calendar day and night, sparing you the reloading.
Notifications: alert, then you book
When a date opens, you get a push notification, plus email if chosen, and make the booking on the VFS Global site yourself.
AutoBooking: booked in your names
The bot books a date with room for every applicant on the subscription, up to five, and inside your date range if you set one.
Nothing to scan
Booking a Netherlands date from Pakistan involves no selfie or live face scan from the applicants.
The bot works with the dates VFS Global publishes: it cannot add Netherlands slots, put anyone ahead of other applicants or sway the Dutch decision.
VFS Global runs all three Netherlands visa application centres, open to anyone living in Pakistan or Afghanistan. Applicants hand in documents and passport there, give fingerprints and pay the visa fee.
Park Road, Chattha Bakhtawar, Chak Shahzad, Islamabad. In Islamabad the holiday category is called Tourist; the Dutch embassy in the city does not take short-stay applications.
Bahria Complex IV, 4th Floor, Main Chaudhary Khaliq UZ Zaman Road, Gizri, Clifton, Karachi. Holiday trips are booked under Tourism, as in Lahore.
8 A Queen’s Road, opposite the CCPO Office, Lahore. Lahore offers the same four Netherlands categories as Karachi and Islamabad.
Choose the city you can reach in person on any date inside your range.
The VFS booking system lists four Netherlands categories per city, and a VisaBot subscription follows one of them. VFS Global accepts an appointment solely under the category that fits the trip.
Tourist (Islamabad) or Tourism (Karachi, Lahore)BusinessFamily And Friends VisitOtherThe category of the main purpose
Set the category for the trip’s main purpose; VisaBot support can change it if you picked the wrong one.
All travellers, up to five
A Notifications plan serves the entire application, while AutoBooking accepts up to five people and bills each of them.
Names exactly as in the passport
Type each applicant’s name, passport number and birth date exactly as printed: the VFS Global booking is made in those names.
A date range you can attend
Choose dates at least 15 days before departure. The bot cannot swap a booked date; a date range adds to the prepayment.
Two payments on a VFS route
Each applicant’s prepayment, taken at subscription, goes towards the centre’s booking fee; the remainder is paid after the date is booked.
No codes to pass on
One-time VFS passwords land in a VisaBot mailbox, not yours; to log in to VFS yourself, ask support for the code, which expires within 3–5 minutes.
VFS Global releases Netherlands dates in Pakistan on no published timetable, and VisaBot cannot predict the next release. Dates do not open every day, so the first alert or booking can take several days.
On AutoBooking the bot passes over dates outside your range and dates without room for the whole group, so a wider range gives it more to work with.
A scarce calendar is no reason to switch countries: NetherlandsWorldwide advises trying again later rather than applying to a Schengen state that is not your main destination.
A booked appointment is not a visa: NetherlandsWorldwide gives an average of 25 calendar days for a Schengen visa decision, up to 45 in some cases, from the day the Ministry of Foreign Affairs receives the documents and passport.

Comprehensive route coverage across major countries and for most visa types.

Global presence across 50+ locations, making visa booking convenient anywhere.

Trusted payment processing with full encryption and buyer protection.

Dedicated customer service ready to help with any visa appointment questions.
Immediate relatives of EU, EEA or Swiss citizens may qualify for fee-free visa facilitation.
Service provider: TREVOR PHILIPS LTD, England and Wales, Companies House number 14986978.
Choose the centre you can reach in person at short notice. NetherlandsWorldwide lists all three VFS Global centres for residents of Pakistan and Afghanistan without tying anyone to a region. Each city runs the same Netherlands categories, though Islamabad calls the holiday one Tourist, not Tourism.
Pick the category of your main purpose of travel. Holidays go under Tourism, or Tourist in Islamabad; meetings and trade fairs under Business; visits to relatives or friends under Family And Friends Visit. Medical trips, airport transit, official visits, short study, seafarers and EU-family facilitation sit under Other.
Keep a subscription running instead of reloading the VFS site: VisaBot checks for new Netherlands dates for the full 30 days, and releases follow no known schedule. Switching to another Schengen country does not help: NetherlandsWorldwide warns that applying to a state other than your main destination ends in refusal.
Yes, within limits. A single Notifications subscription serves every traveller on one application. AutoBooking on the Netherlands route allows up to five applicants, each paying a prepayment when subscribing and the rest after booking. The bot then needs a date with places for the whole group, and every traveller still attends in person.
No: you can book it yourself, and NetherlandsWorldwide advises doing so rather than through an intermediary. VisaBot replaces the reloading, not the official booking: Notifications alerts you and you book on the VFS Global site, while AutoBooking books in your names through the same system. Neither plan changes the Dutch rules or fees.
Not for a short-stay Schengen visa, which is booked online with VFS Global and lodged at its centres in Islamabad, Karachi or Lahore. The embassy arranges appointments by email for long-stay MVV stickers and Dutch passports, and it is the contact if an issued visa contains a mistake.
Usually yes, under the Business category. The exception is the Orange Carpet Visa Facility: staff of companies registered with the Dutch embassy for it can submit a Schengen application at VFS Global without an appointment. Their partners and children are not covered and apply under another purpose of travel, such as Tourism.
Notifications cost from Rs 5,500 a month, and one subscription covers every applicant on it. AutoBooking costs from Rs 17,000 per applicant; the final amount depends on the visa centre's fee.
Set your city, category and travellers, then choose an alert or AutoBooking.
