Independent service: VisaBot is not part of VFS Global or the Embassy of Sweden, and the Swedish Migration Agency assesses every Sweden visa application.
Islamabad is where Pakistan's Sweden visa appointments are booked: VFS Global takes them online for its centre in Chak Shahzad, and its Karachi and Lahore centres are marked temporarily closed for Sweden. VisaBot watches the Islamabad calendar for your category, sends Notifications when a date opens or, with AutoBooking, books it in the applicant's name. The Swedish Migration Agency decides on the visa.

Visabot really helped me a lot for booking appointment, as whenever I opened website no slot found but than from there service I get notifications and I book appointment for myself.
Get instant email or push notifications when new appointments open up or get a slot auto-booked for you.

The VFS Global call centre for Sweden gives general information and cannot schedule appointments, so the online calendar is the way in; VisaBot keeps checking it for you.
Islamabad plus one category
Choose Islamabad and the Sweden category that matches your trip. VisaBot then checks that calendar day and night.
Notifications: you make the booking
A push alert in the VisaBot app for iOS or Android, with email if you want it, flags a new Sweden date; you then book it on the VFS Global site yourself.
AutoBooking: one applicant, your dates
On the Sweden route, each AutoBooking subscription is for one applicant. The bot books a date inside the range you set, in that person's own name.
Nothing to scan at booking
Booking a Sweden date through AutoBooking needs no passport photo upload, selfie or face scan from the applicant.
VisaBot works with the dates VFS Global releases: it cannot add Sweden slots, reopen a closed centre or influence the Swedish Migration Agency.
Since July 2025, Pakistani citizens and residents of Pakistan have lodged short-stay Sweden applications inside the country, at VFS Global in Islamabad.

Living in Karachi, Lahore or elsewhere? VFS Global marks its Karachi and Lahore centres as temporarily closed for Sweden, so choose Islamabad in VisaBot and pick dates that leave time to travel there.
A VisaBot subscription follows one category, and VFS Global leaves the choice to you: the category should match the purpose of travel.

A subscription per traveller
Sweden AutoBooking takes one applicant per subscription, so parents and children each need their own; one Notifications subscription covers every traveller.
Passport details, letter for letter
Type each name, passport number and birth date exactly as printed, because the booking is made in that name.
Dates you can reach Islamabad
Choose a range you can attend in person, including travel from another city. A range is optional and adds to the prepayment, and the bot cannot swap a date once booked.
Two payments on a VFS Global route
A prepayment at sign-up is spent on the centre's booking fee; the balance is due once a date is booked. A date that does not suit can be left unpaid.
A new Sweden date reaches you when VFS Global releases appointments in Islamabad for your category and inside your date range. VisaBot cannot predict release times, and no pattern is known. Releases are irregular, so a first alert or a booking can take several days.
Pakistan has no second Sweden centre to switch to, so a wider date range is the main setting you control: AutoBooking passes over dates outside it.
An appointment starts the visa process rather than finishing it: the Swedish Migration Agency normally decides within 15 days of the embassy receiving the application, and EU rules allow up to 45 days when more checks or documents are needed.

Comprehensive route coverage across major countries and for most visa types.

Global presence across 50+ locations, making visa booking convenient anywhere.

Trusted payment processing with full encryption and buyer protection.

Dedicated customer service ready to help with any visa appointment questions.
VisaBot is a service of TREVOR PHILIPS LTD, Companies House number 14986978, and has no affiliation with VFS Global, BLS International, TLScontact or any embassy or consulate. Visa decisions rest with the authorities.
Book with VFS Global in Islamabad. The Embassy of Sweden says Pakistani nationals and other legal residents of Pakistan apply for a Schengen visa in Islamabad, and VFS Global marks its Karachi and Lahore centres as temporarily closed for Sweden. Applicants attend in person, so choose dates that leave time for the journey, and set Islamabad as the city in VisaBot.
Not for an ordinary short visit: a Sweden visa appointment for up to 90 days is booked with VFS Global, which takes Schengen applications in Islamabad for the Swedish Migration Agency. The embassy's own appointment form lists residence-permit matters, such as interviews or biometrics requested by the Migration Agency and residence permit cards, alongside an other-purpose option.
Choose Family Visit when you will stay with relatives in Sweden, who then fill in an invitation form, and Tourist Visit for holidays or tours with your own accommodation. VFS Global leaves the choice to the applicant, based on the purpose of travel. VisaBot follows one category, and support can switch it if your plans change.
Keep watching: Sweden dates appear on no known pattern, so an empty calendar can change. Switching to another Schengen country makes sense solely when your itinerary really changes, because you apply to your main destination. VisaBot alerts you when a date opens for your category in Islamabad, and AutoBooking books a matching date inside your range. Each subscription lasts 30 days and does not renew automatically.
Not on AutoBooking: the Sweden route from Pakistan takes one applicant per AutoBooking subscription, and VFS Global requires an individual appointment for each family member. A family therefore sets up one AutoBooking subscription per traveller, each paid separately. A single Notifications subscription covers every traveller on the application.
VisaBot checks the Islamabad calendar around the clock, while refreshing the VFS Global site catches a date solely if you happen to look when it opens, and no release timetable is known. Notifications push an alert the moment a date opens; AutoBooking goes further and books it in the applicant's name. Every booking runs through VFS Global's official system.
Start once your travel dates are firm. Applications are accepted no more than six months before the visit, and a decision normally comes within 15 days of the embassy receiving the file, though EU rules allow up to 45 days. Leave room for both the wait for an Islamabad date and the decision itself.
Notifications cost from Rs 5,500 a month, and one subscription covers every applicant on it. AutoBooking costs from Rs 17,000 per applicant; the final amount depends on the visa centre's fee.
