VisaBot is independent of VFS Global and the Croatian Embassy and is not an agent of either; the Croatian authorities decide whether a visa is issued.
Residents of Ireland book a Croatia visa appointment with VFS Global, whose Croatia centre is at Cunningham House in Dublin 8. VisaBot, independent of VFS Global and the Croatian Embassy, watches that calendar in the Croatia Schengen Visa category: Notifications alerts you to a new date, and AutoBooking books it in each applicant's name. The Embassy of the Republic of Croatia in Dublin decides on the visa.

Signed up with VisaBot after I couldn’t book an appointment at vfs London. Took VisaBot just over a week. Fantastic service 👍
Get instant email or push notifications when new appointments open up or get a slot auto-booked for you.

Set Dublin and the category
Choose Dublin and Croatia Schengen Visa; VisaBot then keeps checking that VFS calendar for new dates.
Notifications: you take the date
A push alert or an e-mail tells you a Croatia date has opened, and you book it on the VFS website yourself.
AutoBooking: inside your range
The bot books a slot for up to five applicants in their own names, inside your date range if you set one; booking asks for no photo, selfie or face scan.
Hand-in at Cunningham House
Bring the signed CroVisa form, passport, IRP, a recent colour photo and your purpose checklist papers; the visa and VFS fees are paid there.
VisaBot cannot make VFS add Croatia dates or shorten the decision time.
Croatia short-stay applications from Ireland go in at one VFS Global centre in Dublin; the Croatian Embassy also sees family members of Croatian or EU citizens.
Croatia Visa Application Centre, Cunningham House, 130 Francis Street, Dublin 8, D08 H48R, where applications are lodged in person on a date booked online.
VisaBot watches the single Croatia category it lists for Dublin. Your purpose of travel picks the VFS checklist, not the calendar.

A range that leaves time
If you set an AutoBooking date range, end it at least 30 days before departure: VFS wants most Croatia files by then, or 15 working days ahead for EU family.
The whole group at once
AutoBooking books up to five applicants together, each paid for; one Notifications plan serves everyone.
Payment in two stages
On VFS routes, AutoBooking takes a prepayment per applicant, covering the centre's booking fee, and the rest after booking.
The VFS code lands with VisaBot
With AutoBooking, VFS sends one-time login codes to VisaBot's system inbox; tell support before you log in to VFS yourself, as each code lasts 3 to 5 minutes.
Choose dates you can keep
The bot cannot swap a booked Croatia date; a date that no longer suits you means a new subscription.
New Croatia dates at VFS Dublin follow no known pattern, so VisaBot cannot predict them. Dates are not released daily, the first alert can take several days, and on a busy route a booking can take a week or two, sometimes longer. AutoBooking passes over dates outside your range or without room for the whole group.
An appointment is not a visa. VFS Global says most Croatia applicants hear within 30 calendar days, or 15 under the EU family procedure, while a decision can take up to 45, and the Embassy may ask for more documents in between.
Croatia applications can go in from six months before the trip.

Comprehensive route coverage across major countries and for most visa types.

Global presence across 50+ locations, making visa booking convenient anywhere.

Trusted payment processing with full encryption and buyer protection.

Dedicated customer service ready to help with any visa appointment questions.
VisaBot is run by TREVOR PHILIPS LTD, company number 14986978, England and Wales, independently of VFS Global, TLScontact, BLS International and the Croatian authorities.
Yes, with one exception: residents of Ireland apply in person at the VFS Global centre at Cunningham House, 130 Francis Street, Dublin 8, after booking online, while family members of Croatian or EU citizens may instead ask the Croatian Embassy in Dublin for an appointment by email. In VisaBot, set Dublin as the city.
Choose Croatia Schengen Visa, the one Croatia category VisaBot lists for Dublin, used for tourism, family visits, business, events, transit and treatment alike. Your purpose goes on the CroVisa form and decides which VFS checklist you bring; family of Irish citizens follow their purpose checklist, not the EU family one.
Silence for some days is normal: VFS adds Croatia dates in Dublin without a pattern VisaBot can predict. Notifications alerts you so you can book on VFS, and AutoBooking books a date that fits your group and dates. Start early, as VFS asks for most applications at least 30 calendar days before travel.
Yes. One Notifications subscription serves everyone travelling, and AutoBooking books a single Dublin date for up to five applicants, charged per applicant. Each adult signs their own CroVisa form, a legal representative signs for a minor, and applications are lodged in person.
A bot suits anyone who cannot watch VFS all day, because it keeps looking overnight and at work, which matters when Croatia dates in Dublin appear without warning; checking by hand works if you can watch the page constantly. VisaBot uses the same official VFS system and does not hold or resell dates.
A spouse of an EU citizen can apply at VFS Dublin or, by email appointment booked at least 30 days before departure, at the Croatian Embassy in Dublin. With a family-member residence card such as Stamp 4 EU FAM, travelling with or joining the EU citizen, no visa is needed. Spouses of Irish citizens follow the regular procedure with full documents. VisaBot watches the VFS calendar, not Embassy appointments.
No, if your passport needs a Schengen visa: Ireland is outside the Schengen area, so an IRP does not replace a Croatian visa. VFS names exemptions for holders of a family-member residence card, such as Stamp 4 EU FAM, travelling with or joining the EU citizen, and for recognised refugees and stateless people living in Ireland with a valid Irish travel document; the Embassy can confirm your case.
Notifications cost from €35 a month, and one subscription covers every applicant on it. AutoBooking costs from €100 per applicant; the final amount depends on the visa centre's fee.
Pick your destination: each page explains where to apply from Ireland and what VisaBot can and cannot do on that route.
