VisaBot is not linked to VFS Global, the Netherlands embassy in Accra or any government body, and the decision on every visa rests with the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Netherlands visa appointments in Ghana are booked with VFS Global for its centre in Accra, which also serves people living in Liberia, Niger and Sierra Leone. VisaBot watches the Accra calendar for the category you pick and alerts you when a date opens or, with AutoBooking, books it for up to five applicants. The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs decides each visa.

Each Netherlands category VisaBot lists for Ghana has Notifications and AutoBooking on one VFS Global calendar in Accra.
Accra plus one category
A subscription follows one VFS Global category in Accra: an alert for TOURIST VISA says nothing about BUSINESS VISA dates.
Notifications: you claim it
A push alert in the VisaBot app, e-mail optional, reports a new Netherlands date; you then book it yourself with VFS Global.
AutoBooking: up to five people
The bot books one date that suits the group, each applicant under their own name, in the official VFS Global system.
Two payments on this route
A prepayment per applicant at sign-up covers the centre's booking fee; the rest is due once a date is booked. Amounts sit in the tariff card.
No bot can book a Netherlands date that VFS Global has not released in Accra, and AutoBooking cannot swap a booked date for another.
NetherlandsWorldwide sends Schengen applicants living in Ghana, Liberia, Niger or Sierra Leone to VFS Global in Accra; Caribbean visas go there too.
Ground Floor, The Grand Oyeeman, South Liberation Link, Airport, Accra. Files, passports, fingerprints and photos for every Netherlands category.
89 Liberation Road, Ako Adjei Interchange. Schengen files from diplomatic or service passport holders and after an upheld objection.
VisaBot's Kumasi routes cover Italy and Malta, not the Netherlands, so applicants from Kumasi and elsewhere in Ghana choose Accra in the form.
The bot watches one category, not the Netherlands as a whole. VFS Global may not advise on the choice, so follow your main purpose of travel.

Pick Accra and the category of your main purpose. VisaBot support can change it later; a wrong pick at VFS Global costs the service fee.
Everyone who travels
One AutoBooking subscription takes up to five applicants, and each needs an appointment of their own, children included.
Date range on one category
A date range for AutoBooking exists on CARIBBEAN LONG STAY alone; on the other categories, subscribe once any date before the trip works.
Names as in the passport
Enter each applicant as printed in the passport: every booking is made in that name through VFS Global.
Login codes go to VisaBot
VFS Global's login OTP lands in VisaBot's system inbox. Opening your VFS account yourself? Ask support for the code first; it lasts 3–5 minutes.
VisaBot cannot tell in advance when VFS Global will add Netherlands dates in Accra: releases follow no known pattern and skip days, so the first alert can take several days. Where the system offers a waitlist instead, Notifications and AutoBooking both work with it.
A booked appointment starts the visa process. After the Accra visit, NetherlandsWorldwide gives an average of 18 to 21 calendar days for a Schengen decision and 15 for Caribbean visas, up to 45 when extra checks are needed.
Schengen files go in up to six months before the trip, nine for seafarers, and at least 15 calendar days ahead; Caribbean short-stay files from three months ahead. An early subscription leaves room for both waits.

Comprehensive route coverage across major countries and for most visa types.

Global presence across 50+ locations, making visa booking convenient anywhere.

Trusted payment processing with full encryption and buyer protection.

Dedicated customer service ready to help with any visa appointment questions.
Family members of EU, EEA or Swiss citizens follow a dedicated NetherlandsWorldwide checklist with simplified conditions.
TREVOR PHILIPS LTD runs VisaBot: a company incorporated in England and Wales, Companies House number 14986978.
At VFS Global in Accra, on the ground floor of The Grand Oyeeman, South Liberation Link, in the Airport area. NetherlandsWorldwide sends applicants living in Ghana, Liberia, Niger and Sierra Leone there, and VFS lists no other Netherlands centre in Ghana. Diplomatic and service passports go to the embassy.
The one matching your main purpose of travel: TOURIST VISA for a holiday, BUSINESS VISA for company meetings, FAMILY/FRIENDS for a private visit, and the Caribbean lines for Aruba, Curaçao and the other islands. VFS Global staff may not choose for you, and a wrong category is turned away on the day.
Let a subscription check the Accra calendar for your category instead of reloading the page. Netherlands dates appear without a known schedule, and AutoBooking can secure one while the public page shows nothing. Booking another Schengen country for a quicker date fails: NetherlandsWorldwide rejects files lodged with the wrong country.
Up to five applicants fit in one AutoBooking subscription on the Accra route, charged per applicant, and the bot looks for a date that suits the whole group. NetherlandsWorldwide requires a separate appointment for each traveller, so everyone is booked under their own name. One Notifications subscription covers all travellers.
Refreshing helps while you are at the screen, and a new Accra date can go between two checks. VisaBot constantly scans the VFS Global calendar for your category and alerts you, or books the date with AutoBooking. NetherlandsWorldwide advises booking yourself rather than through an intermediary; with Notifications, that step stays yours.
Yes: CARIBBEAN SHORT STAY and CARIBBEAN LONG STAY are on the Accra route with Notifications and AutoBooking. The short-stay visa covers up to 90 days in Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Saba, St Eustatius and St Maarten and can be requested three months before travel.
Notifications cost from $20 a month, and one subscription covers every applicant on it. AutoBooking costs from $80 per applicant; the final amount depends on the visa centre's fee.
Pick your destination: each page explains where to apply from Ghana and what VisaBot can and cannot do on that route.
