VisaBot is independent of VFS Global, France-Visas and the French consulates; the visa decision rests with the Consulate General of France in Sydney.
France appointments in Australia are booked with VFS Global in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth or Adelaide, under a category matching your France-Visas purpose of stay. VisaBot checks that city and category: Notifications alerts you to a new date, and AutoBooking books it in the applicant's name. The Consulate General of France in Sydney decides the visa.

Enjoy your fast and stress-free appointment
I had been struggling for nearly 2 months to secure a France visa appointment with no success from Melbourne … Their AI system managed to book an appointment for me within 2 weeks, which felt almost impossible otherwise.
Get instant email or push notifications when new appointments open up or get a slot auto-booked for you.

City and category first
Pick a VFS city in Australia and the France category from your France-Visas form; VisaBot then checks that one calendar continuously.
Notifications for every traveller
VisaBot sends a push alert, with email as an option, when a France date opens; one subscription covers the group, and you book at VFS.
AutoBooking for one applicant
On this route an AutoBooking subscription books one person in their own name, matching the France-Visas rule of one appointment per applicant.
Your date range, no face scan
Every France route here takes a date range; the bot skips dates outside it. VFS asks for no photo, selfie or liveness check.
VisaBot books dates VFS Global releases to everyone: it cannot add appointments, move a booked date or influence the consulate.
France-Visas lets anyone living in Australia lodge at any of the five VFS France centres. Each centre takes the file and fingerprints for the Consulate General in Sydney.
Suite 28-31, Level 6, 88 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000. France-Visas lists a lower VFS service fee here.
Level 5, 332 St Kilda Road, Melbourne VIC 3004. Passports come back to the centre where the France file was lodged.
Suite 1C, Level 1, 201 Leichhardt Street, Spring Hill QLD 4000. For France, choose Brisbane in VisaBot, not Spring Hill.
Suite 3.02, Level 3, 182 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000. The France centre for Western Australia.
Suite 2, Level 4, 90 King William Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Applications and fingerprints by appointment.
Canberra's VFS centre does not take France files, and Tasmania and the Northern Territory have none. A booked date cannot be swapped, so pick a city you can reach on any day of your range.
Since 17 August 2026, VFS Global refuses France applications booked under a category that does not match the purpose of stay. VisaBot watches each category as a separate calendar.
Tourism and Private visitBusiness tripOther purposes of stayStudiesLong stay other purposes of stayFR Spouse any length of stay any purposeAny length of stay any purposeFrance-Visas form before VisaBot
VFS books France appointments with the France-Visas reference number, so complete that form first.
Category copied from the form
Match the VisaBot category to your France-Visas purpose of stay; VFS refuses a mismatched file.
Passport details exactly as printed
France-Visas uses the passport number as the unique reference: copy it and your names exactly, without confusing zero and O.
One AutoBooking per traveller
A family on AutoBooking needs one subscription per applicant; Notifications keeps everyone in one.
A range you can attend
France-Visas advises booking 3 weeks to 6 months before departure; students need a date within 3 months of the course start.
Two-stage payment on VFS
AutoBooking takes a prepayment per applicant, covering the centre's booking fee, and the balance after booking; a date range adds to the prepayment.
VisaBot does not know in advance when VFS Global releases France dates in Australia. Dates do not appear daily, so a first alert or booking can take several days; cancellations also return dates.
France-Visas warns that appointments are harder to get in busy periods; a wider range and a second centre give the bot more dates that fit.
An appointment is not a visa. France-Visas gives about three weeks on average for a complete file, with no expedited option. EU rules allow lodging no earlier than six months and at least 15 days before travel.

Comprehensive route coverage across major countries and for most visa types.

Global presence across 50+ locations, making visa booking convenient anywhere.

Trusted payment processing with full encryption and buyer protection.

Dedicated customer service ready to help with any visa appointment questions.
Relatives of EU or EEA nationals under the Free Movement Directive may qualify for a free, faster procedure.
VisaBot is operated by TREVOR PHILIPS LTD, England and Wales, Companies House number 14986978.
Any of the five, whatever your state: France-Visas lets people living in Australia lodge at the VFS France centre in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth or Adelaide. Canberra's VFS centre does not handle France, and Tasmania and the Northern Territory have none. Choose a city you can reach on any day of your range.
Usually Other purposes of stay. Since 17 August 2026, each VFS France category matches an option on the France-Visas form: Tourism and Private visit goes with Tourism / Private visit, and the Family or private visit option goes with Other purposes of stay. Spouses of French nationals have their own category. A wrong category is refused at the centre.
Have the calendar watched instead of refreshing it by hand. VisaBot knows of no fixed pattern for France releases in Australia. VisaBot checks your city and category continuously, then alerts you or, on AutoBooking, books a date inside your range. Nobody, VisaBot included, can promise a date.
With Notifications, yes: one subscription covers every traveller, and you book each appointment at VFS yourself. AutoBooking on this route takes one applicant per subscription, so a family of three sets up three, each charged separately. France-Visas requires one appointment per applicant, children included.
VisaBot refreshes for you, without breaks, on the exact city and category you set. With Notifications you book the date yourself; with AutoBooking the bot books in your name, and VFS login codes go to a VisaBot mailbox. VisaBot sees the same dates as everyone else.
Notifications cost from A$55 a month, and one subscription covers every applicant on it. AutoBooking costs from A$140 per applicant; the final amount depends on the visa centre's fee.
Not for a short trip: Australians visit the Schengen area visa-free for up to 90 days in any 180-day period. Most stays in France beyond 90 days, such as a degree, need a visa and a VFS appointment under Studies or Long stay other purposes of stay.
Yes, until a date is booked: VisaBot support changes the country or visa category on request. Check the new choice against your France-Visas purpose of stay first. After AutoBooking secures a date, the bot cannot book another one, and a new subscription is needed.
Pick your destination: each page explains where to apply from Australia and what VisaBot can and cannot do on that route.
