VisaBot is not part of VFS Global, France-Visas or the French Consulate in Montreal, and the decision on your France visa rests with the consulate alone.
Every France visa appointment in Canada goes through VFS Global: permanent centres in Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto and Vancouver, and temporary centres on scheduled days in ten more cities. The French Consulate in Montreal examines each file. VisaBot covers all 14 cities with Notifications for new France dates and AutoBooking to book one in your name.

One centre, one VFS category
Each subscription follows one centre and one category, such as Short Stay first application in Toronto.
Constant checks of your calendar
VisaBot keeps scanning the VFS France calendar for that centre between your own checks.
Notifications: you take the date
A push alert, or optional e-mail, flags an open France date; you book it on VFS yourself.
AutoBooking: the bot takes it
The bot books a date within your range for up to five applicants in their names; a prepayment per applicant covers the VFS booking fee, the rest follows the booking.
VisaBot gets you the VFS date; France-Visas, documents, fingerprints and the visa decision stay outside its part.
Every file goes to the French Consulate in Montreal, so pick a city for travel and dates, and book the centre you named on France-Visas.

Temporary centres open on days VFS schedules and add a VFS fee; if those days miss your trip, use a permanent centre. Neither choice affects the visa decision.
VFS Global sorts France appointments into Categories 1, 2 and 3 and turns away a file whose category differs from the visa type on your France-Visas form.

France-Visas takes residents of Canada: over three months in the visa district and, for non-Canadians, legal residence.
Finish France-Visas first
VFS wants the form done before booking; centre and category must match it.
Set a date range that works
France-Visas advises booking at least 15 days before a short-stay departure and a month before a long stay.
List every traveller once
Notifications covers the whole application; AutoBooking takes up to five applicants on one date.
Leave the OTP to VisaBot
The VFS code reaches the VisaBot mailbox; ask support before signing in to VFS yourself, as the code lives 3 to 5 minutes.
VFS Global says new France slots follow no predetermined schedule and go first come, first served. VisaBot knows no release pattern either, and dates are not released every day, so the first alert can take several days.
France-Visas notes that appointment waits vary with applicant numbers and the season. A narrow date range, a group of five or a temporary centre with few scheduled days leaves fewer dates that fit.
The appointment is the first clock; the consulate decision is the second. France-Visas asks applicants in Canada to allow at least 15 days for processing and offers no expedite procedure.

Comprehensive route coverage across major countries and for most visa types.

Global presence across 50+ locations, making visa booking convenient anywhere.

Trusted payment processing with full encryption and buyer protection.

Dedicated customer service ready to help with any visa appointment questions.
Canadian citizens need no visa for stays of up to 90 days in any 180-day period; long stays still go through VFS. Family members of EU or EEA citizens may qualify for a free, faster procedure.
VisaBot is operated by TREVOR PHILIPS LTD, company number 14986978, incorporated in England and Wales. VisaBot is not affiliated with VFS Global, BLS International, TLScontact, any embassy or consulate.
Book the VFS Global centre you can reach on the day and name the same one on France-Visas. Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto and Vancouver are permanent; the ten other cities have temporary centres with scheduled days and an extra VFS fee. Every file goes to the French Consulate in Montreal.
At a permanent centre, a first tourist or family visit uses Visa de Court Sejour premiere demande / Short Stay first application, and a repeat visa uses Short Stay Visa Renewal. Temporary centres list Family or visitor First time. Pick the label that matches your France-Visas form.
Keep the calendar watched instead of refreshing it by hand. VFS Global says new France slots follow no predetermined schedule and go first come, first served, so an empty calendar says little about tomorrow. Notifications alerts you to a new date; AutoBooking can book one that fits.
One Notifications subscription covers every traveller on the application. AutoBooking on France routes from Canada takes up to five applicants and needs one date with room for all, so a bigger group may wait longer. Children under 12 give no fingerprints, but a parent or guardian submits their file.
Manual checks work while you sit at the screen, but France dates can appear at any hour and go first come, first served. VisaBot checks your centre and category constantly, and AutoBooking also books the date. Repeated VFS sign-ins within two hours can trigger a temporary account restriction.
Yes, if Canada is where you live. France-Visas accepts applicants with more than three months in the visa district and, for other nationalities, legal residence in Canada, such as a PR card or a valid permit. Residents of the United States cannot apply here.
Notifications cost from C$65 a month, and one subscription covers every applicant on it. AutoBooking costs from C$180 per applicant; the final amount depends on the visa centre's fee.
Pick your destination: each page explains where to apply from Canada and what VisaBot can and cannot do on that route.
